Walk into large first floor, one level condo in gated Sailmaker community at the Summer Beach Village resort. Walk out two sets of sliders to huge covered patio just steps away from pool and 100 yards to ocean with 13 mile long beach. 3 bedrooms ( king,queen, twin ) with pullout queen in living room, 2 full baths. Nicely appointed. Full kitchen. 3 HD tvs. Separate dining area and breakfast bar. Laundry en suite. Convenient shopping nearby and many restaurants. Popular activities nearby include tennis, golf, beach club, biking, kayaking, fishing, birding. For day trips: 45 minutes to Jacksonville, one hour to Georgia sea islands, 1.5 hrs to St. Augustine (oldest city in U.S. ) World Golf Village and Prime shopping outlets, 2 hrs to beautiful Savannah, Ga., 3 hrs to Daytona, 4.5 hrs to Orlando. Wifi enabled. No large pets, please. Non-smoking. 2 nights minimum. 5 night minimum in June and July. Inquire about discounted monthly and winter rates.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We really like that the pool was steps away from this unit. The unit was clean and well maintanced.

How do damage deposits work?
