“Great Stay” The house was a better option than hotel rooms. The house was very clean and they had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. They also provided pool towels for the pool or jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and a good option in the evening. Each bedroom had a TV and they had a pool table in the garage. It's a quiet neighborhood. It's not far from Disney or Walmart for groceries.

“A wonderful experience.” The chateau, full of history, is beautifully situated in the village of Saint-Martory on the river bank of the Garonne surrounded by a perfect French landscape and with the view of the Pyrenées Mountains. We have had great pleasure staying there twice and we really do recommand the place.

“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Wonderful House with everything you need” Our family had a great time in this house had everything we needed. Not everyone came this time because of Hurricane Matthew their flights got canceled we were sad about that . It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the spa and pool , the weather really didn't affect this part of Florida so we had a great time . The house is close to restaurants and shopping and the parks so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a well maintained home .

“Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Family vacation 2017” The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and all of the major attractions were close. The house had all of the necessities we needed. “Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. “Beautiful Villa” What a brilliant holiday we had in one of Ellis Exclusive Villa's last summer. Lisa, our contact was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She provided a fantastic welcome pack which included all the essentials we needed to get our holiday off to a flying start, even a lovely bottle of wine. The villa was spotless on arrival, plenty of bedding and towels were provided and the quality of the overall product was second to none. Located close to excellent local amenities and attractions it was a perfect base for our holiday. We loved it so much we have booked to go back summer 2014.

“A very welcoming home.” Our second stay and as great as the first time. A decorated Christmas tree greeted us, which was very nice. There was a bottle of wine to celebrate the New Year. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The home was near shopping and it didn't take us long to drive to the attractions. All in all we all enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. “Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. “Willow View Villa” First, let me say the home is not what you see in the pics. The home has flat screen throughout. The home was convenient to parks, outlets and restaurants. My family and I stay in Davenport a few times a year but this was a last minute trip and based on pics we were really nervous. The home was clean and kids loved the pool. We cooked out and enjoyed the patio. I had 2 problems that was unfortunately fixed the day we were leaving but it was nature not the owner!. The other was the downstairs bedroom smelled like smoke, we sprayed but was in the linen. Again, it was clean but smelled like smoke and being non smokers it was annoying. We spent most of our time on the comfy recliners or at the pool so it was ok. Thank you Martin!

“Fabulous location for a group of friends” Very spacious and bright villa, every amenity we could think of. We stayed for a week with a group of 6 friends and loved to cook in the perfect kitchen or grill some fresh fish and enjoy the evening on the veranda. Four of the rooms have private verandas so everyone could choose privacy or staying together. For 6 people the villa is almost too big, you get lost in the living room :-) The owner provides detailed information beforehand about everything you might want to know about the house and the island. The caretakers have been very helpful and assisted with the transfer as our rental car could not hold all six with luggage. Highly recommended!
