“Great House to Rent” If you are looking for a house for a large group(we had 15), this was a fantastic house. It was well equipped with kitchen equipment, enough dishes, silverware, etc and had great serveware. We had our wedding on the beach right behind the house and held a mini reception on the back bottom deck for about 20 people. It was perfect, we even used some of the serveware and decorations for the wedding itself. The views in the morning were amazing to wake up to with all the windows in the living room. My only complaint is that the grill was disgusting and it did not work. It would have been nice to grill out, but I got over it. Sandbridge was a great company to work with. We arrived to a gift bag with some helpful information to make our stay great.

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Perfect spot for a winter retreat” Our group of friends wanted to do something different for the New Year holiday so we booked The Lodge. What a treat. Great house with the perfect layout for our entire group. Kitchen area was perfect area for all of us to gather at meal time. Tvs everywhere along with the pool table, fire place and hot tub gave everyone a place to have fun. Great view, perfect location. Only thing that could be better is if we came back during the summer. We'll be back for sure.

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Perfect” We had a wonderful stay at Villa GG and will give it the best recommendation. We were 17adults and two small kids and everybody said it was a fantastic place and vacation. The Villa had everything, baby beds and strollers for the kids, and a play house in the garden. The host , GG, was very kind. He arranged pick up at the airport for us, gave us a warm welcome with wine and a cheese, gave us a lot of good tips on where to eat and what to see. The villa was very modern and had all the facilities we wanted. The main bathroom was like a spa:) The location of the Villa was also very good. 2 minutes to the beach and a small grocery shop. Very nice area to do exercise like running, bicycle in the mountains and play tennis. We rented a car so it was easy to drive in to Split if we wanted to go to a bigger shopping mall, but GG is also helpful in arranging transportation. We had a fantastic time and I really hope we will be back soon. Thank you so much GG and Croatia for the unforgettable week!

“Relaxing with the family” Carolina Breeze is a great family environment. The beach is 100 yards away and the bay is a block away. We went to the amusement area which is within walking distance. We spent more time at the pool and in the hot tub which is delightful. The house is really in a great area.

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Relaxing time once again in Marco” This property was not on the beach, but that proved to be nice since we simply biked there as we desired. The pool was perfect, beds slept well, and the house was clean when we arrived.

“A good vacation spot” The house was very large and nicely furnished. The dune deck was great and the pool large. The location was close to stores with pavements for bike riding. It was great to be able to get in early and have linens and towels provided.

“Beautiful, Amazing, clean and well stocked!” Gorgeous home, very clean, well stocked, and close to everything! We had Never been to the Outer Banks so naturally we were reluctant to find something On line. We found this house through Outer Banks Blue. There were 15 of us there for a full week. The house is much more beautiful than it looks on line. The pool is spacious and private. The beach is basically out the back door of the house. We loved the deck and the view couldn't be better. The owners supplied multiple items for guest use which was a huge plus. Thus house is well worth the money! Don't hesitate!

“Marco Vacation Summer 2013” The home at 1611 Almeria Court in Marco Island was beautifully decorated and spacious. The outside patio and pool area was furnished with all we needed to relax by the pool and have many meals at the outside dining table as the entire exterior at the back of the property was screened with overhead fans.
