“Stay Here!” If you stay here, you'll fall in love. The views, the water, the apartment itself, they're all beautiful. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. When I first walked in, I'll be honest, it felt like a museum. Then, I sat down on the red arm chair in the center of the living room, and I realized that it was a really, really comfy museum (where you can touch everything)! Everything's designed to make you feel at home. When it was time to leave, I had to be pulled out of the apartment. I had gotten used to cooking in the kitchen looking out at the ocean, sitting outside on the balcony having a deep conversation, and to having the beach just an elevator ride away. The idea of leaving became impossible to grasp. Essentially, it was amazing, and for a little under a month, it was home. I'll be back! (Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but honestly, it's worth the price.)

“Absolutely fabulous!!” Have just spent two weeks at Dan and Penny's beautiful home and I couldn't fault a single thing... In a quiet residential area just off the I95 and approx 15 minutes from a number of beaches the location is perfect to base yourself - we went to Palm Beach, the Everglades, Miami and Key West on day trips from here. The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Friendly neighbours across the street made us very welcome with Christmas cookies on Christmas Eve. Would have no reservations about recommending this beautiful home to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thanks Penny for being so helpful and prompt during the booking process!!

“Great Stay - Perfect Location!!” My two friends and I had such an amazing time renting from Lee Baron! This studio was just what we wanted for our first stay in South Beach. It was cozy, spacious, and perfectly located, with easy access to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on Collins and Ocean Drive. The apartment building was quiet & clean, and the receptionist and security were always pleasant. I would definitely stay here again, and/or rent another apartment from Lee Baron. The whole process was a breeze! Thanks Lee, Alex, and Mario!

“Amazing Place, Amazing Location, Wonderful Service” My husband and I stayed here in January 2015 for 10 days with our 3 year old and 1 year old. We are very familiar with the Hollywood Beach area and boardwalk and it was really important to us, especially with two young kids, that we stay walking distance to the beach, restaurants and places that would generally keep our kids entertained outdoors. This was our first time renting a condo, and we were quiet nervous about the whole process. Maybe we just lucked out big time, but from A to Z the whole experience was amazing. From the minute we booked, Noemi was available, quick to respond to a variety of questions, and would even proactively communicate if the need arose. Just as an example, I originally asked and was told there was no pack and play for my son, but then a couple of months later Noemi emailed me out of the blue to let me know that she remembered my request and they had decided to invest in a pack n play after all. Throughout our stay, Noemi was available and present and made sure that she attended to anything we needed immediately. The condo itself is wonderful and the photos are truly representative. The decor is lovely and it is well-furnished. Everything was impeccably clean and neat when we arrived. There were towels, linens, and enough laundry and dishwashing detergent for our whole stay (and I did a fair number of laundries). Beach chairs were also provided as well as beach towels. The balcony off the master bedroom was great and gets a lot of sun. Even though we stayed during a colder week, the balcony would get very hot and was a nice escape outdoors while the kids napped. My only comment to families traveling with young kids is that the chairs at the table and the couch are white which is scary for any parent with a rampant toddler. We draped a towel down the table chairs to protect them, but we were extra careful to make sure our kids hands were extremely clean and avoided playing in the living room too much. Also, the stairs going up to the bedrooms are a bit steep and there is an open landing at the top that can be a bit dangerous if you're not paying attention. That said, any open staircase isn't the most kid friendly, and we're always very careful so this was treated as no exception. Overall it was a great trip and Noemi is just the best. We are counting the days until we get to go back!

“Good value for money!” The apartment is absolutely recommendable. Facing away from the noisy Ocean Drive but a short distance to everything and the beach just across the street. Clean and tidy. The host was very cooperative. We got access to the apartment early and were allowed to keep it longer. Thanks for a very nice stay in an apartment that works perfectly.

“Wonderful Wedding Weekend at Otro Mundo” The Otro Mundo Villa was wonderful! The ocean view of Key Biscayne was stunning. Our family celebrated my son's marriage that was held on Key Biscyane at the Rusty Pelican and the location of the Villa was so close to the wedding site that it made getting to the wedding a breeze. All of our extended family enjoyed staying together in the large and plush accomodations. The pool was a favorite place to cool down after the festivities. My favorite spot in the morning was to grab a cup of coffee and escape to the table and chairs by the ocean and just take in the beautiful view of the bay. The master bedroom had a great view from the second floor. Having 5 1/2 bathrooms definitely helped when everyone was getting ready for the wedding. I would reccommend the villa to anyone looking for a large well appointed house with wonderful ocean views.

“Annual Girls Trip” We had an awesome vacation! Excellent location and the house was exactly as pictured. The house is extremely close to the casino, Sawgrass Outlet Mall and plenty of restaurants. We had a few minor issues, however Taylor responded to everything immediately. It was very easy to contact Taylor and he was always accessible and accommodating. We will definitely be staying there again next year!!!
