“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Magia = Magical” We just returned from an amazing week staying in Sayulita at Magia. This was our first time in Sayulita and it did not disappoint. Sayulita is a laid back town with a wonderful beach but not filled with Spring Breakers and overdevelopment. The town was full of energy and offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, street vendors and bars but the best part was having the best of both worlds at our fingertips. A short trip up into the jungle hills to Magia and voila, complete peace and quiet. Magia was one of the few places we've stayed which was actually better in-person than the photos. The wonderful-yet-subtle design and features of the home, the sights, jungle sounds and that view are hard to translate in one-dimensional photos. You simply have to experience it firsthand. Picture flocks of bright green parakeets flying past you, geckos chirping and you start to get the feeling. All of the amenities were well thought-out and you have everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation. Cameron and Miguel ensured everything we needed was provided. The open air shower in the master suite added a special bonus. The walk into town isn't terribly difficult but we ended up renting a Jeep, which allowed us to explore outlying areas. If you rent a golf cart, make sure to reserve one first. I also rode the bus into Bucerias to get the Jeep and I found the service dependable and cheap. The bus stop is just down the hill from Magia. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a memorable experience in Sayulita.

“Great house” Review: Wonderful view from this house which overlooks the city and has lots of charming flower filled outdoor living spaces and elegant interior rooms. Owner and staff were very helpful .We walked down to town each day and up as well, which was very good exercise but cabs are cheap and plentiful and we took those when we bought groceries or at night. This house could easily take a family as there is a separate attached bedroom and 2 other large bedrooms.

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Fabulous location for a group of friends” Very spacious and bright villa, every amenity we could think of. We stayed for a week with a group of 6 friends and loved to cook in the perfect kitchen or grill some fresh fish and enjoy the evening on the veranda. Four of the rooms have private verandas so everyone could choose privacy or staying together. For 6 people the villa is almost too big, you get lost in the living room :-) The owner provides detailed information beforehand about everything you might want to know about the house and the island. The caretakers have been very helpful and assisted with the transfer as our rental car could not hold all six with luggage. Highly recommended!

“Amazing Place” I have stayed at Wataview on two different occasions- one week in February and one week in april. Incredible place. The staff and chef are above superior. Chef Sylvia has worked all over the world and her dishes are far superior to anywhere I've eaten with five star chefs. She is delightful and accommodating to any requests. The house has everything you could want for entertaining and enjoyment...beautifully decorated, great rooms, beds, supplies, support. I would highly recommend Wataview...it is beyond amazing- you'll love it.

“Out of this World” Casa dos Cisnes is magnificent. The villa transcended our expectations in every respect. The colonial-style design is expansive but intimate, the sublime decor is imbued with a tasteful Mexican aesthetic, and the nouveau Mexican cuisine was certainly on a par (if not better) than the gourmet food we tasted in PV's most acclaimed restaurants - you really don't ever have to leave the villa to revel in the traditions of Mexico. The views from pretty much everywhere in the villa are simply breathtaking. The staff was extraordinary and discreet - they seemed to preempt our every wish or need. The tranquil location is perfect. We spent our mornings exploring remote nearby beaches, whale watching, and experiencing PV's cultural sights then retreated to our sumptuous villa to relax with a margarita by the infinity pool. Even using the gym is not a chore - you are surrounded by tropical birds and flowers and the Pacific Ocean views are spectacular. The spacious bedrooms and myriad living/dining spaces make this a great option for groups or families. We hope to return.

“Bilss on the Hill” We just finished a great stay at Casa Hortencias. We loved the property. The location was great, just above Old Town so we could walk to everything. Took a cab a few times later in the evening to get back home. It was easy and inexpensive The home is beautifully appointed and the service was great. Leti, our maid, was charming and took care of everything we needed. We could not believe how ´´at home´´ we felt at Casa Hortencias. So relaxing and comfortable! They really have thought of everything. Plush beach towels, comfortable sheets, dimmers on all the lights to create ambiance, stocked kitchen, wifi, you name it. Although we spent many evenings exploring the great restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, we did have a few meals at home and hired Maria one night to cook for us. It was a great experience. She served us our authentic Mexican dinner up on the terrace where we could take in the magnificent view of Vallarta and watch the sun go down. Pure Bliss. We also loved the rooftop pool area during the day and spent lots of time up there enjoying the sunshine. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

“Heavenly house” Casa Melissa was the most beautiful vacation house I've had the pleasure of staying in. I rent 2-3 vacation houses a year in Tahoe and Hawaii and this house was the best ever! The infinity pool was spectacular and the tennis court was a fabulous opportunity for exercise. The house was equipped with every necessity, from plenty of towels, to a coffee grinder and all the essential cookware. The water cooler was a thoghful touch too! The house and furniture are beautiful and a classy, comfortable, clean example of traditional Mexican architechutre. Truly a perfect house for family, friends and mixed groups. I can't wait to go back!

“best holiday in mexico” We had a great time in Puerto Vallarta in a residence with spacious and luxurious comfort air conditioning small pool centrally located in the vile old city, with shops, restaurants, cabaret, beach is very pleasant city in Mexico is very safe day or night and people are really nice is helpful. we made the plunge every day a small village, the background is beautiful with a very serious diving club I recommend this rental to anyone who loves mexico alain and anita de France Haute Savoie)
