“Perfect” We had a wonderful stay at Villa GG and will give it the best recommendation. We were 17adults and two small kids and everybody said it was a fantastic place and vacation. The Villa had everything, baby beds and strollers for the kids, and a play house in the garden. The host , GG, was very kind. He arranged pick up at the airport for us, gave us a warm welcome with wine and a cheese, gave us a lot of good tips on where to eat and what to see. The villa was very modern and had all the facilities we wanted. The main bathroom was like a spa:) The location of the Villa was also very good. 2 minutes to the beach and a small grocery shop. Very nice area to do exercise like running, bicycle in the mountains and play tennis. We rented a car so it was easy to drive in to Split if we wanted to go to a bigger shopping mall, but GG is also helpful in arranging transportation. We had a fantastic time and I really hope we will be back soon. Thank you so much GG and Croatia for the unforgettable week!

“Blissful break on Brac” Our extended family have just spent a wonderful holiday on Brac. It is a perfect location for an 'away from it all' vacation. An early morning cup of coffee on the terrace watching the swallows swooping around the fig and olive trees above the sparkling waters of the bay is a great way to start the day. The accommodation is excellent - spacious and very well equipped. There are various areas leading down to the bay where you can sit and read - some providing shelter from the sun. The water is inviting, so clear you can see fish swimming in shoals. The children had a wonderful time swimming, diving, playing with a dinghy and searching for crabs with new found friends. Fresh bread, croissants and a delicious 'quiche' are available within easy waking distance plus fresh fish, meat and vegetables in nearby villages. We ate out some evenings but we took turns to produce the evening meal at the villa, relaxing with a beer, glass of wine or cup of tea on the terrace and watch the bats in the clear night air. We hired cars at Split airport for the entire holiday (excellent rates available). The ferries are efficiently run and loading on and off is prompt. The boat from Split port to Brac is air conditioned if you are travelling in the heat of the day plus there is an airport on Brac but I understand only flights from Germany land there. The hosts, Dinko and Meri, are charming and very helpful and take great pleasure in ensuring your stay is the best experience possible.

“Fantastic holiday!! would thoroughly recommend Villa Palms” It was an absolute pleasure staying at Villa Palms, An?elka and Nikša were perfect hosts and would help you in any way they could, the apartments were spacious and spotlessly clean. The pebbled beach is a stones throw from the villa and i have to say i prefered this to sand (as we all know where the sand goes..Lol), just keep a pair of flip flops for getting into the water otherwise your feet will be sore. There is also regular buses to take you into Split which costs around 13 Kuna one way. You can also walk for miles along the beach in both directions of the Villa, where there is plenty of choice of restaurants and bars which will suit everyones budget. For the kids there is plenty to do weather it be a shot on the banana boat, sofa bed or dohnuts or for the bigger kids...Jet ski's, you will find this at the port which is about a 10 min walk heading towards Split, there is also plenty of excursions you can book, but we did find these cheaper to book actually in Split itself. Although there is a supermarket and bakers close by you might want to Stock up at the local market in Split which is on everyday selling Souvenirs,home grown fruit meat and veg. The weather was also fantastic and even though it did go up to the early thirtys we were greatful for the air con in the apartments. We had a mixture of ages in our party of 7 from the age of 9 to 76 and there wasnt one complaint and believe you me...thats what you need when your on holiday. “Great Location and Great Views” Stayed for a week in august with my husband and two children 19 and 14. The place was perfect. The view from the balcony is stunning both day and night. The place has a market just two doors down and we made breakfast everyday. The downtown area is a 10 minute walk but yet you are far enough away to not hear the noise at night. The apaartment is large and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. It was a great place to come back to and just relax with the family. We loved it so much it was hard to get us out and to the beach much before late afternoon. There is also a laundry room if needed. The apartment is a 10 minute walk up from the beach where you can also rent boats. The path to the beach does have many stairs which is easy going down but does take some energy to get back up. The Hula Hula bar is directly to the left which has a young crowd and music which goes to about 9-10 PM. At the recommendation of the owner we went to the right and walked around the inlet to a quieter beach which had Falko's restuarant and bar. It was a fantastic place to get the sun and then go into Falko's for some lunch and drinks. Falko's has more 70, 80 and 90's music and hammocks and bean bag type lounge chairs. It is just a place to relax and enjoy. The town is beautiful and has many great places to eat. We rented a boat for the day and went to The Palkeni Islands which is a must where you can pull the boat into a cove and swim without any crowds. I researched for months before I booked and I could not have been happier. The owner is very helpful and we emailed him before arriving and he had a taxi waiting at the ferry. Hvar is magical already but staying here makes it even better.
