“If you want an awesome getaway without having to leave the property for fun...this is your place!” This home has an awesome dock for fishing, boat lift, swimming pool, sandy beach with beach chairs, kayaks and completely fenced in property in case you want to bring your pet with you. The chef's kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances for all of your meals that you will want to cook. You can walk to the shops and restaurants that are iconic to this area. A definite return for us!

“Relaxation” We stayed at Casa Del Rio for 10 days and from the moment we got there we felt at home. The property manager meet with us and we very helpful and informative. The home has everything you need the pool area is large enough to host several people. However, nothing will ever top getting an opportunity to see dolphins swim right up to the dock. It was an awesome experience and we really enjoyed our stay!!

“Wonderful Florida Holiday” We enjoyed the month of March in the Lilsis home and it was wonderful. We found the house to be very clean, updated and comfortable - the exceptional weather made our time in the beautiful new pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and walking and biking were a pleasure. The lake view, with it's wide variety of wildlife and the amazing sunsets, was an added bonus. Boris, and his team, were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our 2016 visit.

“Clean and comfortable environment” We truly enjoyed our stay at the Chaves house. It was meticulously clean and comfortable. The downside is that the cable was not working and netflix was offered on the ammenities page, but that too was not available. I would definately stay again!

“Peace and Tranquility” Modestly furnished with everything you could possibly want. Super pool with great view over the lake and accompanying birdsong. Resident alligator and herons complete the picture.About 10 minutes drive to the Mall etc and around 20 mins to the beach/golf etc if that's what you want. A great place for that R&R.

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Super vacation” All of us really enjoyed this wonderful house. Everything you need was there. We would go back anytime. The home manager was very frinedly and helpful. We had no problems, everything was fine. The relaxing pool was the best at all. The house is unrestricted recommendable

“Well pleased from the Midwest” My wife and I have for several years enjoyed the friendly and professional services of innkeepers Peter and Susan Lisich. Their personal and personable attention to details from booking to departing always makes us feel welcome and secure during our stay. The location of our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the north end of Estero Island gives us great views of the beach and gulf with easy walking access to restaurants and beach related activities. The only negative is that for our visit this year Peter forgot to arrange for 80 degree weather.

“Savannah house” Had a great time!!! Place was awesome as advertised!! Peter the property manager was great as well! We hated to leave!

“Nice place for a vacation” I stayed here for four days so that I could see some Red Sox games. The place was very clean and neat, with a kitchen that had everything you need to cook. Juan was very helpful and had lots of suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay! There was plenty of room and it was a nice get-away.

“Good value” The home was clean and inviting. The pool and hot tub provided hours of fun! It met my family of fives needs. We would stay here again. The deposit was returned in a timely manner.

“Great Time On Sanibel” We stayed at the condo mentioned above and found it to be great. Very clean and very comfortable. We plan on staying in this condo the next time we vacation on Sanibel

“Sunshine, beaches, What's not to love?” My husband and I stayed at this pleasant 2 bedroom condo with 2 grown children and one son-in-law. The two bedrooms and two baths worked fine for our group. Our married daughter and hubby had to share a bedroom with her brother. The furnishings in the condo were comfortable and clean without being too new to cause worry about a little sand. There were all sorts of beach toys and towels available. The kitchen had a full range of dishes and I cooked fresh fish from the local grocery store several nights. It was convenient to walk to the lovely uncrowded beach with no high-rises in sight. we kayaked with the condo's kayaks in the lagoon and saw a large range of birds, including an osprey feeding on a fish. We had gorgeous weather and collected quite a few shells. Would definitely return.

“Perfect” Absolutely perfect experience! The view was amazing, the condo exquisitely decorated, and the weather cooperated throughout the week! I have rented many condos at Pointe Santo, and this one is definitely a 5 star! We will be back! Thank you, Renee, for being so easy to work with and more importantly, for sharing your lovely condo!

“Sunset Dreams - Tropical Paradise” What a wonderful place! We just returned and we miss it very much already. As my wife puts it, "it was like being in another world!" She's become an overnight ornithologist and marine biologist. The owners went well above the standard of what a normal property rental would be. From furnishings, to decor, to kitchen utensils, and appliances; they blow every rental property we've ever seen right out of the water. The home is immaculate. And the island itself has endless things to do. We've already booked for next year!

“Can't wait to come back!” This house was huge and it was stocked with everything you could need. From pool floats, to a grill, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to bicycles, you won't be bored! Bob and Elayne were excellent, giving tips on what to do and where to go and great communicators. The pool was fantastic and the dock was perfect for my husband to fish from. We can't wait to go back!

“Most amazing vacation on Captiva Island!” We had a great time on Captiva Island. We have stayed there several times, but this time we chose to stay at this private home on the bay. My husband and I were relaxed and the kids had plenty of room to run and explore. The house was amazing - beautiful views, lots of room, great pool and very private but close to everything we could possibly need.
