“Mickey Mouse Hut” Wonderful home. Everything you need for a home away from home. Pool was awesome. More than enough pool towels to use. Home was very spacious. Only complaint I had was it was not enough cookware to use to cook meals enough for a large group. Other than that small gesture, I give it 5 stars. Thanks for letting us share another vacation in Florida in your home.

“PERFECT FAMILY VILLA!” This villa is HUGE and gorgeous! We were traveling with a large family and with 7 bedrooms and 9 beds plus a crib in the master there is more than enough room for your whole family to enjoy a get away! There are 2 rooms located down stairs so if anyone is disabled they can use these rooms. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in private pool -with a bathroom entrance right off the pool area! We felt very safe in the community this villa is in and the area surrounding it. Champions Gate is a gorgeous little community with everything you need within 10 minutes. We were visiting Disney and found this villa a wonderful option to staying in the parks. It took us 15 minutes to get to any park and we always parked and loaded a tram quickly and went right to the door. I don't know why people have always convinced me staying of property would be such a hassle..it was no hassle at all! A lovely bonus to this villa was an ice cream truck driver lives right down the street and hits the neighborhood 2 times a day. The kids LOVED that! The home came with all the comforts needed to make us feel at home. Including pool toys, 2 high chairs, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, big beach towels, bath towels and rags, kitchen towels and all the cooking utensils and appliances needed for cooking meals. We did have a dilemma with an odd shape staircase that our child gate would not fit and a toddler but we just moved a couch to block the entry from the livingroom to the front area and that worked well. The home is tiled so it was easy to keep the floors clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were mixtures of full and flat to suit all preferences. The home smelled nice and did not have the mild moldy smell many FL homes can have from the high humidity in the area. The owners were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, helpful and prompt to answer my silly questions about where items in the house were and how to work locks etc We will for sure stay here the next time we visit orlando area. This villa felt like home and was hard to leave. It truly is so comfortable and I am a hard one to please! If you are reading this and considering this home...seriously do not continue your search. There is so much that can go wrong when renting homes on vacations. But this one does everything right!

“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Excellent Vacation! Can't wait to go back” We absolutely loved your villa and the resort it was situated in. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute. The house was very quiet and spacious. It can easily fit in two families of 4. The house was clean inside out. The mattresses were plush and bedding soft. The Mickey/Minnie room was super cute and my kids' favorite! We all slept like babies every night. The furniture was solid wood and looked brand new. It was also nice to have a kitchen with anything and everything we needed. It's a paradise to have that much space for a vacation. All theme parks including the Lego land were easy to access. There were Publix, McDonald, Danny's close by with plenty of choices to eat out. We were not able to swim in the pool or check the clubhouse. Will try out next time. The view from the backyard was gorgeous! We would definitely be back again soon. I would be happy to refer any friends thinking of travelling to Orlando area.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Wonderful House with everything you need” Our family had a great time in this house had everything we needed. Not everyone came this time because of Hurricane Matthew their flights got canceled we were sad about that . It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the spa and pool , the weather really didn't affect this part of Florida so we had a great time . The house is close to restaurants and shopping and the parks so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a well maintained home .

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. “Beautiful Villa” What a brilliant holiday we had in one of Ellis Exclusive Villa's last summer. Lisa, our contact was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She provided a fantastic welcome pack which included all the essentials we needed to get our holiday off to a flying start, even a lovely bottle of wine. The villa was spotless on arrival, plenty of bedding and towels were provided and the quality of the overall product was second to none. “Beautiful Home-Definitely Recommend” This home is an amazing home away from home. Has everything available that you would need. Just bring your clothes and your good to go. Plenty of room and very comfortable seating and sleeping. The screened in pool was a wonderful place to spend some time outdoors without worrying about the insects. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions and are very kind! Very close to amenities and restaurants if you decide to eat out, but the home has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals!! Not a very far drive from the airport or amusement parks—very conveniently located. Close enough but not to close! We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if the situations permits. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! “Willow View Villa” First, let me say the home is not what you see in the pics. The home has flat screen throughout. The home was convenient to parks, outlets and restaurants. My family and I stay in Davenport a few times a year but this was a last minute trip and based on pics we were really nervous. The home was clean and kids loved the pool. We cooked out and enjoyed the patio. I had 2 problems that was unfortunately fixed the day we were leaving but it was nature not the owner!. The other was the downstairs bedroom smelled like smoke, we sprayed but was in the linen. Again, it was clean but smelled like smoke and being non smokers it was annoying. We spent most of our time on the comfy recliners or at the pool so it was ok. Thank you Martin!

“Decent place but lacking in some areas” For one week in July 2014, my family from Alabama to Alaska (with us from Canada) all stayed at 928 Solona Circle. Overall we were happy with the house rental but do not stay here if you need assistance with anything. It took my 4 phone calls over 3 days to just find out what the Wi-Fi password had been changed to (the one that we were emailed was incorrect). It may not be the safest neighbourhood as there were police men in the gated area twice during our stay. And the house was filled with broken outlet covers and had very dirty couches, which needed steam cleaning. It was a spacious home and we loved the walk-in closets as well as the ease in which to find it and the easy drive to Disneyworld. But if you want to stray there, you need to supply everything- even your own toilet paper and Kleenex. The jets ion eth hot tub did not work and the game room had a broken foosball table. Overall we were mainly happy with our stay but were disappointed with a few things.
