“Convienent and relaxing getaway.” This house was clean and had everything you could need and more. The backyard was private and a bonus for a relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or evening. The neighborhood was quiet. It was close to everything. We would highly recommend.
“Convenient and Clean” I am giving this cottage a 5 star rating based on value and convenience. This is not an expensive lease, so I did't expect a lot. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and amenities of this cozy cottage. all appliances were fairly new and in good shape. There is a large screen TV. All fixtures, furniture, and carpeting were in good shape. Bedding was adequate. The kitchen and bathroom are in good shape. What I really liked about the cottage was the proximity to Cape May attractions. It's about one block from the Commons, and a short walk to some other fun things like mini golf and restaurants. We never had to drive anywhere within Cape May proper. Just be aware that it's along the main thoroughfare. There may be more activity then you'd like if your looking for a quiet remote spot. but it didn't bother us much. Also, it's a number of blocks from the beach, so we had to drive to get there. We drove to the north end of the beach and had no problem finding parking. I actually didn't want to give this cottage a high rating because I'm hoping it will be available when it comes time to make reservations in the future.
“Our april anniversary Getaway was a great stay!!” We are very thankful for opening the unit up for us this early. It made a special weekend for us both. It's nice to have a real place to stay instead of a small hotel room. Really enjoy the nautical decorations. Would just wish the bed wasn't so firm.
“Fab rental” We spent a week in this kind belt home!
So much great space... terrific kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, pans etc .. we usually ate breakfast and lunch in and out for dinner. But we did grill one night!
Great outdoor shower, beach stuff and fab front porch with rocking chairs
“Very convenient, clean and comfortable.” This apartment was walking distance to the beach and activities. Loved the location. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great kick off to our summer!
“Great little house - bigger than it looks!” - clean and neat
- great location between the shops, restaurants and beach
- everything works (A/C, TV, Grill, etc)
- quiet street
- reasonably priced rental
- more space inside than you would think from looking at the outside of the house!
“Perfect Stay at Pied-a-Terre” We stayed at the Pied-a-Terre the weekend before Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed the suite! We were looking for a place to stay that offered warmth, charm, and Victorian decoration but didn't want a bed and breakfast. This suite was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. It was plenty roomy for my husband and myself and two teenagers. Because we were there for such a short stay, we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities that it offered such a the large, fully equipped kitchen (loved the bar and barstools!) and old fashioned tub. We did get to use the umbrellas (great idea to have them). The house itself is beautiful and the location is best in town! They even had on sight parking! Both the owner and the realtor were friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!
“Excellent location in pretty Victorian across from the beach” The condo was adorable with upgraded amenities. New kitchen and bathroom, comfy queen size beds, spacious LR with cable and wifi. Right across the hall from the W/D. Was a "sisters" vacation and our old bones appreciated the abbreviated walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee every morning in the rocking chairs on the wrap around porch while we people watched and listened to the ocean. The parking space and elevator make like very easy for arrival and departure. The other tenants were friendly, the landscaping was so pretty and the entire house and grounds were spotless. Highly recommended!
The vibe around Cape May is romantic and quaintly Victorian, a holdover from a bygone era before amusement parks and boardwalk arcades. Here you can find some of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches in the state. The streets in Cape May are lined with relaxed verandas, laid back boutiques, and unpretentiously delicious seafood restaurants. The coast is the home of several preserved migratory bird refuges and a distinguished old lighthouse open to visitors. Climb to the top and experience stunning views of the coast and the Atlantic Ocean. Whales are frequent visitors just off the Cape May shore, and the salt marshes are home to horseshoe crabs, red knots, plovers, and many fragile species of sea grasses and elusive wildlife. Come here to search them out, explore the museums, enjoy the beachy nightlife, or just relax in a luxury spa.

Elegant Cape May Condo
Quaint and convenient condo close to everything in Cape May!
100 Jefferson Street, in Cape May was a cozy respite for our getaway to the shore. The unit is close to all the major Cape May attractions -- only a block from the beach and a fifteen minute (0.8 mile) walk to the popular Washington Street Mall with its many shops and eateries. The condo had all the amenities we expected, but also a few unexpected -- especially the great gas-fired old-fashioned corner stove that provided heat, charm, and intimacy. We greatly appreciated the off-road parking although such an amenity would certainly be of more value in the summer beach season! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the value we obtained from our investment in a stay at 100 Jefferson Street in Cape May. We hope to do it again. …

Perfect family retreat in Cape May
The location, condition, amenities of this house were just great. Our family of five, including a grandma, found the house to be a nice fit size-wise. We loved that it was just a 3-minute walk down a nice and quiet street to the Bay where the kids could pick up pebbles and shells. At the same time it took us only 4-5 minute drive to the beach and Washington street. The house itself was in like new condition: newer furniture, new comfortable mattresses, renovated kitchen. It was well supplied with all essentials. Even beach chairs and an umbrella were kindly stocked in the shed.
The backyard was perfect for family meals. But our favorite feature was definitely the outdoor shower. What a great pleasure was to take a shower under the blue sky with pine trees around and a feel of the gentle summer breeze touching the skin. Just one thing would make this house even better - central air conditioning. Window A/Cs were kind off annoying during the night, but we figured out that we could sleep switching them off just under the ceiling fans.
Overall impression of the house was great. And we would definitely recommend it to our friends or rent it next time we go to Cape May. …

CONDO WITH POOL 4034
Perfect for our family!
This condo was perfect for our family of four: separate bedrooms and bathrooms (especially needed with two teenage girls), a living room with tv (we used our fire stick to get lots of movies), a dining area, fully operational kitchen and outside dining space on the self-contained patio. The unit was spotless when we arrived. There was a pool right outside for my youngest daughter who likes the pool better than the ocean and the pool was also clean and well maintained. There was also a large bike rack that accommodated our four bikes. We were conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and downtown and the Washington Street mall. I preferred staying in the more tranquil residential section as opposed to the touristy area with hotels, crowds and noise. I would absolutely stay here again! …
