“"Lovely"” This was a great spot, in fact Cocoa Beach was a very nice area to visit. The condo had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub area were great as well as the beach. Next time I would like an ocean view room which would of been nice. Very clean and nice and quiet. Thanks!

“Paradise in Cocoa Beach!” We have been visiting Cocoa Beach for many years and have rented several condos. We lucked upon the listing for this condo and decided to rent it for april 2014. Our knowledge of the area and the photos of the condo led us to expect quality home away from home type accommodations. However, the condo surpassed our expectations. It was a piece of paradise! The condo is exquisitely decorated and spotless. The furnishings are of high quality including the mattresses which will guarantee you hours of tranquil sound sleep. Opening the patio doors at night allows you to drift off to sleep with the relaxing sound of the waves. The gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops is well equipped and spacious. We very much appreciated breakfasts and suppers on the balcony table which comfortably sits 4 people. The direct ocean view is priceless! Although we preferred watching the cruise-ships and fishing boats pass by, for those who are so inclined, the condo is equipped with 3 televisions including a large screen Smart TV with a large selection of programming. We especially appreciated the free calling to Canada as we needed to keep in touch with family and work. As soon as you drive into the complex you can't help but to notice the well groomed and maintained property. We were impressed with the facilities (pool, sauna, tennis courts, small library) as well as the helpfulness of both the complex secretary and the maintenance person. The owners have decorated their condo with pride and undertake to ensure that you the renter enjoy the premises as much as they have over the years. They are easy to contact and if any problems do arise, they are quick to find a solution. If you ask, they will give you helpful tips to make your vacation unforgettable. We would highly recommend this vacation rental...we have already confirmed for next year and hope to rent it in the years to come!

“Perfect condo on the beach with all the comforts of home and direct beach views from the balcony!” The property was PERFECT! Nice and quiet and very comfortable. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to fix the only problem we had during our stay which was with the internet company. We will definitely stay here again and hope it will be soon!

“great condo...great place to stay” The place was great! Everything was included. There was enough linens and towels, very plentiful.There was even beach toys foy the kids, they loved it, as well as all kind of beach accessories. It was also very spacius and very clean. “Fantastic experience!” The on-site manager was in contact with us before our stay and greeted us warmly upon our arrival. We were very pleased with our condo. It was decorated nicely, roomy, and had everything plus that you could ask for. There were even boogie boards and beach chairs. Nice! We had a nice ocean and pool view. It was just a very short walk to the ocean which we walked along daily. The experience couldn't have been better!

“Wonderful!” Everything was exactly as Drew described except the view was even more beautiful than his pictures showed. The condo was stocked with every single thing a family could need. It even had several beach toys including three body boards. The condo is just two condos up from the pier, which has restaurants, bars, arcade and a souvenir store. Perfect location!! Also Drew was very good at communicating and responded to our questions immediately.

“Just perfect” We had a group of 6 staying the week and the condo was set up perfectly for 3 couples, especially when 2 couples were young and liked to stay up late and sleep in. The living area was away from bedrooms so we never bothered each other. Kitchen was well equipped, and lots of beach equipment. We had cool temps so the heated pool was welcomed! Great week and Steve was so quick to respond through the booking process!

“Family vacation” Our stay at Chateau by the Sea in condo 101 could not have been better. The location of the condo made it easy to get in and out. It was in a perfect location to get out and walk to the pier where we could enjoy live music, dining, fishing and shopping. The beach was mere steps away. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed...except food and personal items, of course. We hope to return soon. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home away as our own. “Wow! What a spectacular 4th of July stay on Cocoa Beach” We stayed in unit 108 Chateau by the Sea and it was all the comfort of home! The condo was beautifully decorated and amazingly CLEAN! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels and extra's! We brought our chocolate lab and although cocoa beach does not allow dogs - we were minutes away from Lori Wilson dog park and Dog Beach - Canova Beach. Our patio was steps away from the pool. Steve was very accommodating to our needs and easy to reach if needed. We plan on staying with them again. Thanks, Steve, for an amazing summer that will last a million memories!

“It was so beautiful and peaceful.” It was very spacious & accomadating. We are a family of six & it was everything we needed.The condo was very clean and nice. Beautiful view and beds were all comfortable and the shower is very large and has good water pressure. Great place for activities too. Such as the swimming pool,basketball & tennis court.Also some grassy area for play too.We would love to stay again. We highly recommend the condo.Also Jaclyn the owner was very nice & helpful when we was booking the condo. She's very nice & easy to talk too. The kitchen had everything for cooking such as dishes & small appliances. Very large coo stove and refrigerator. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo is close to a lot of shops & dinning as well. Seems central located to everything.It truly was amazing for me & my family.....
