“Great Family Vacation (Super Close to the Beach)” 9 of us stayed at this wonderful house the week of 6/22/13. 6 adults and 3 children. The place is exactly what is presented in the online materials and pictures. The beach and ocean are so close. Very convenient for families with older folks or kids if you need to run back and forth to the house and don't want to drag a ton of stuff down with you. We enjoyed the pool a great deal as well, actually used it more than I thought. It is right off the Kitchen so the kids could play and we were really close by. The inside of the house is very nice and accomodated our party just fine. Master bedroom is amazing. Tv's in every room and the beds were very comfortable. The owner/property manager were very helpfull and resposive to our requests/inquiries. House is close to everything. Lot's of shopping and activities close by if you need them. We were just fine laying in the pull, playing tennis or having fun at the beach so we didn't do much other than that. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families. We had an outstanding time.

“Wonderful Vacation Home” Very well kept home. Clean, up to date and excellent service from owner. We heard a rattling sound in the ac unit and saw a small leak from ice maker made a phone call to the property manager and they came out repaired them that afternoon. It is evident that this home is cared for. Very nice beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The home has automatic shutters, which makes the bedroom nice and dark for a great sleep! The furniture in the home is up to date and well kept. The beach is just steps away from the home, and the sunrises are amazing. We were overjoyed to happen to witness turtles that were just hatched return to the ocean. We will certainly return for another vacation!

“Very Clean and awesome!!!” The ocean was very close and the sand was awesome! The things we really enjoyed were the really nice beach chairs provided. The outside grill was large enough to easily grill enough food for 14 people at one time. All items in kitchen were great and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome and worked very well The furniture in the house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The house was really clean when we arrived and that impressed us all. Space wise the house could easily handle 16 except for maybe the lack of a third shower. Overall we really liked this place and would recommend it to anyone.

“Perfect condo on the beach with all the comforts of home and direct beach views from the balcony!” The property was PERFECT! Nice and quiet and very comfortable. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to fix the only problem we had during our stay which was with the internet company. We will definitely stay here again and hope it will be soon!

“Perfectly Pleasant Stay!” We had a wonderful stay at Pineapple Manor...our apartment was clean, quiet, nicely furnished with everything we could ask for in a great location for us (we were in town for a family wedding). I did a great deal of research and this was a great bargain and true hidden gem. Short walk to the river for beautiful sunsets and a few blocks walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

“Paradise in Cocoa Beach!” We have been visiting Cocoa Beach for many years and have rented several condos. We lucked upon the listing for this condo and decided to rent it for april 2014. Our knowledge of the area and the photos of the condo led us to expect quality home away from home type accommodations. However, the condo surpassed our expectations. It was a piece of paradise! The condo is exquisitely decorated and spotless. The furnishings are of high quality including the mattresses which will guarantee you hours of tranquil sound sleep. Opening the patio doors at night allows you to drift off to sleep with the relaxing sound of the waves. The gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops is well equipped and spacious. We very much appreciated breakfasts and suppers on the balcony table which comfortably sits 4 people. The direct ocean view is priceless! Although we preferred watching the cruise-ships and fishing boats pass by, for those who are so inclined, the condo is equipped with 3 televisions including a large screen Smart TV with a large selection of programming. We especially appreciated the free calling to Canada as we needed to keep in touch with family and work. As soon as you drive into the complex you can't help but to notice the well groomed and maintained property. We were impressed with the facilities (pool, sauna, tennis courts, small library) as well as the helpfulness of both the complex secretary and the maintenance person. The owners have decorated their condo with pride and undertake to ensure that you the renter enjoy the premises as much as they have over the years. They are easy to contact and if any problems do arise, they are quick to find a solution. If you ask, they will give you helpful tips to make your vacation unforgettable. We would highly recommend this vacation rental...we have already confirmed for next year and hope to rent it in the years to come!

“Absolutely Perfect Condo!! End Unit and very private and quiet.” Brand new remodel on the entire unit. The amenities are perfect and lacked nothing. Beautiful flooring and very comfortable furniture. Very easy access to the Beach as this is an end unit. I saw a Space X rocket launch and also the eclipse while there. Can't say enough about this unit. I would love to come back for a visit sometime. Very close to Patrick Air Force base. HIGHLY recommend Taco Tuesday at Taco City right down the road. 5 STARS!!!!!!
