“Very Satisfied with the whole rental process and loved the apart” Renting the apartment was very easy and emails were always answered promptly. Virginia met us at the apartment on our arrival and was very nice and informative. The apartment was just like the pictures, no surprises! It was very clean and had more than enough room for our family of 4. We also liked the location - between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The beaches at Hollywood were less crowded and just as beautiful. The 2 pool areas were really nice too!

“Wonderful sister vacation!” Upon arrival we were met by Natalia as pre arranged, she was very kind and accommodating! She located luggage cart and help us in with our luggage the condo was just as pictured with what meets the eye! Could use a fresh coat of paint on wall and baseboards but other than that very clean and efficient! Condo represents sleeps 4 so was expecting enough beach chairs for that amount and towels & washrags however only two chairs, three bath towel and 3 wash cloths for bathing and 4 adittiinsl beach towels. Natalia was more than considerate and brough is an additional chair and extra bath towels! She also made a trip to help us figure out tv which was in Spanish and we coul not figure it out. She was always ready to help and very kind! We enjoyed the condo very much and would recommend it to anyone and I would return myself. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable Natalia! God Bless

“Awesome View” We were met by Robert upon our late arrival. It's a suffifucient space for 2-3 adults. As described in the listing "Ocean view from every room and few steps to beach" . Beautiful/sunny weather and it rained only one day during our one week stay. Bed is comfortable and pillows and sheets are clean and nice too. It has air condition and, ceiling fan each in the living room and bedroom too. Internet works great! A parking is provided just downstairs at the entrance to the building. We walked on the boardwalk everyday. We loved shopping at the Sawgrass Factory Outlet! Many grocery stories are 5 min drive. Would stay at this place again. Thank you!

“Excellent location, nace anda relaxing” Great location, the apartment is near the beach, just few blocks from a nice beach, restaurants, groceries stores near by. The apartment has whole kitchen facilities, and is very confortable and relaxing, specially with the great view to the bay area. I was very pleased with te way the apartment owner showed great interest in giving us the best experience.

“Magnifico!” If you're a family or a group of friends, this is the place for you. I stayed there last May, and boy did I enjoy my holiday at "Casa Del Mare". Very spacious, super clean, 3 great sized bedrooms, a large kitchen,which is fully equipped, and a living room area with TV(cable). One full bathroom and another with shower only. Patio and spacious back yard, great for barbequeing and eating al fresco. 5 minute drive to Hollywood beach, which is absolutely breathtaking. Nice boardwalk where you can take a nice long walk, or if you like cycling, there's that too. Restaurants, shops, golf course nearby. I wish i was still there.

“never stay in a hotel again” Every year 8 forty plus year friends get together for a reunion, this year it was in Florida. WOW, let’s start by getting that out of the way. I will never book another hotel room when I can stay in a lovely home like this. The home has everything and is centrally located to everything. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle large meals for a hungry crowd with plenty of cups, bowls, plates, pots, pans and cooking utensils. This home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation weather you want to sit by the pool or play a game of pool. The media room seemed to be a favorite hangout for sporting events or DVD’s as well as the pool. The beds are comfortable and clean with extra bedding supplied. Bathrooms are clean with extra towels supplied. No need to go home with dirty clothes again when you can wash on site, yes washer and dryer supplied. If you have to handle business a desktop and laptop are supplied and if you bring your own WiFi is also available. None of this could be possible without the MSR rental professionals they were there when I had any concerns or questions, thanks Nicole and staff you made my vacation great! What more could I say except where I started WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!!! P.S. I will return Anthony

“Peaceful and Perfect” Our visit was perfect from beginning to end. The owners met us as soon as we arrived and made everything so easy for us. The unit has a great view of the ocean. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed many sunrises. We were able to have quick meals in the cafe on the first floor which was so convenient. The beach was out the back door, the work out room was great and the people so very helpful. We walked to Hollywood Beach for breakfast every morning which was absolutely a blissful walk. The accommodations were very clean and there were plenty of towels and beach stuff which was great because all we needed was suntan lotion. We would absolutely stay again and again. You will be completely happy with the location and the hosts.
