“It was so beautiful and peaceful.” It was very spacious & accomadating. We are a family of six & it was everything we needed.The condo was very clean and nice. Beautiful view and beds were all comfortable and the shower is very large and has good water pressure. Great place for activities too. Such as the swimming pool,basketball & tennis court.Also some grassy area for play too.We would love to stay again. We highly recommend the condo.Also Jaclyn the owner was very nice & helpful when we was booking the condo. She's very nice & easy to talk too. The kitchen had everything for cooking such as dishes & small appliances. Very large coo stove and refrigerator. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo is close to a lot of shops & dinning as well. Seems central located to everything.It truly was amazing for me & my family.....

“Wonderful!” Everything was exactly as Drew described except the view was even more beautiful than his pictures showed. The condo was stocked with every single thing a family could need. It even had several beach toys including three body boards. The condo is just two condos up from the pier, which has restaurants, bars, arcade and a souvenir store. Perfect location!! Also Drew was very good at communicating and responded to our questions immediately.

“This place had it all, great location and all you could ask for in a spacious unit.” This was a wonderful place to stay, one of the best ever! It was clean, nicely maintained, and had all of the amenities you could possibly need. There was beach chairs, toys, floats, unbrellas too! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all needed items. When I had a question Drew responded immediately and addressed it.The location was perfect- steps to the beach and the Pier. It also had a nice clean pool too. I will definately be back!

“Nice cosy comfy condo, just minutes to the beach” We stayed at #413 @Sandcastles in March - we really enjoyed our short vacation. Dean was very responsive and helpful discussing different options with us (we asked for a quiet place as we were traveling with 2 y.o boy who naps in the middle of the day, yet we wanted some, at least partial, ocean view). We liked the condo, everything is there: stove, fridge, w/d - even lots of beach stuff for kids and adults - you don't need to bring / buy beach chairs, umbrella, not to mention those plastic buckets/shovels if you are with your kid. We also liked overall complex amenities - heated pool is nice in the evening. Cocoa Beach is definitely a quiet family place, so if you want some night life you will not find much there, but it was exactly what we wanted this time. I also enjoyed jogging on the beach. One day we went to my favorite Florida city - St Petersbourg which is in 2.5. hours drive, not too bad. Orlando airport is less than 1 hour drive.

“PARADISE” I had to leave early because of a death in the family but when we were there we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean. I hope I can return and spend the WHOLE week....So much to do....the famous Pier......Port Canaveral.....and Cape Canaveral so close. 45 minutes to from the Parks....and best of all..."THE BEACH"......Loved every minute of it.......Hope to come back.

“Pictures don't do this place justice” We had a fabulous time during our stay here. Upon arrival, we were quite pleased with the cleanliness and the relatively up to date accommodations. The chocolates from the cleaners were a nice touch as well. Having ocean views from every room in the place was great (including while I stood at the sink washing dishes)!! Very pleased with the cookware, cutlery and dishes-as we travel often and a lot of times they seem to be a hodge podge of hand-me-downs, but these were not. It's in the details like a cutting board, butcher block of cutlery, wine bottle opener, even corn cob holders. I would recommend some cheap plastic storage bowls/lids though. The bedding was awesome, seemed brand new - and I slept like a baby (which is rare). They really mean it when they say "all we had to bring was sunscreen and swimsuits". The closets were stocked with towels, pillows, beach toys, boogie boards, floats, football, volleyball, and even a pack 'n play! The roof top deck was also nice and allowed for some great star gazing and cool pics when we flew over my husband during a helicopter tour my daughter and I took ("Beachside Helicopters" with Gary was AMAZING). We had no problem with parking and all of the permanent residents were very friendly...even offering some "in the area" things to do while conversing at the pool. The maintenance man cleaned/hosed the deck and chairs off every morning. Our 21 year old said this was one of her favorite places to stay now... and we stay in at least 15 ocean front condos. There were families of all ages staying here - so a good mix of people.

“Superb!” Easy check in. Arrived and walked straight into the unit and unpacked. Was on the beach within 30 minutes. Corner unit with 2 balconies just steps to the beach. 2nd floor unit had perfect view and stocked with everything a person would need for the beach. Loved it and would stay there again!

“Love this place!” This place is amazing and the view is incredible! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and the cruise ships coming and going and being so close to the pier is a definite plus! This condo is conveniently close to Publix and a variety of restaurants and shopping, but still far enough away that that you don't lose that peace and quiet you're looking for. Drew, the owner didn't miss a thing when supplying this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and the closet in the master bedroom is well stocked with linens and towels and all the beach necessities. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit. It was great to be able to relax on the balcony while the laundry was being done. I love that this condo is not "over-decorated". The decorations are relaxing and tasteful. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the pillows are not cheap "dollar store" pillows. It was nice to get a good night sleep every night!! The owner doesn't seem to have spared any expensive in making sure the tenants are comfortable during their stay. This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as last year and Drew is such a pleasure to work with when planning the stay. This place couldn’t be more perfect and I will definitely be going back for another stay!

“Family vacation” Our stay at Chateau by the Sea in condo 101 could not have been better. The location of the condo made it easy to get in and out. It was in a perfect location to get out and walk to the pier where we could enjoy live music, dining, fishing and shopping. The beach was mere steps away. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed...except food and personal items, of course. We hope to return soon. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home away as our own. “Wonderful location, wonderful condo, wonderful price, an all around wonderful trip!” We stayed at Chateau By the Sea on Cocoa Beach and had a wonderful time. Condo number 203 was a wonderful condo and the complex had lovely amenities. We were just steps from the beach and we all just loved our trip. Would recommend to everyone and would love to stat here again! Kim Chandler

“Perfect family vacation!” We have rented several condos in the area (including another at Sandcastles) and this is by far the best we have seen! Drew and his siblings were all amazing- Drew went above and beyond for us and really helped to make our stay wonderful. The condo is very large and has everything you need to really enjoy the beach and family time without having to worry about buying things you're only going to need once. With a toddler the beach toys are a necessity as are plenty of towels! She could have her own separate "wing" with bathroom and huge bedroom and we didn't have to worry about waking her up while we relaxed after she went to bed. I don't see how anyone would prefer staying at a hotel to this! The unit is accurately depicted in photos- which has not always been our experience. The units are quiet as well; there was renovation going on in the unit next door and we could hardly hear anything- it was never an issue. We would highly recommend this condo! Thanks again for a lovely vacation Drew, we would have loved to stay longer!
