“Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

“Everything great about the beach with no crowds” My family loved this experience and will be back! The kids got a kick out of taking the golf cart around and looking for turtles. The house is great and has everything you could possibly need.

“luxurious and peaceful combined with private pool and trees” We have enjoyed this lovely home in 4 separate years. It has all the amenities of home and more. It is a short drive to beaches, shopping areas and all that Florida has to offer. I love my daily walks in the neighborhood where I spot seeing eagles and at times turtles.

“Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! The house has a very well appointed kitchen, spacious pool area and a heated pool and hot tub. There is even a full office to keep up with any computer needs you may have. “A wonderful place to spend a vacation!” We had a great time at Villa Alamea! The home is beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. We vacationed with 3 generations of family and enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space as well as the indoors. I would definitely recommend this home! The location was awesome as well.

“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Mrs” This rental was clean and neat. It had great amenities and my kids love the pool and spa. The play room in the garage made it perfect for my kids when they ran out of energy from the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would defiantly recommend this unit to anyone.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. “Fantastic week in Siesta Key” The townhouse was fantastic and fully equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable week. The location was outstanding - right across from the beach and the free trolley to the Village stopped right outside. “Beautiful View” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Marco. The view from the unit was breathtaking and the facilities were very accommodating. Our daughters spent hours in the heated pool and we never felt it got too crowded.
