“Awesome-perfect in every way” We cannot say enough possitive things about this home and the hosts. We have come to Tarpon for 30 years but this is the first time we ve used flipkey and we will only use flipkey from now on. From the welcoming hug to the perfect ammenities throughout, you could not beat this offering. Location is beautiful and perfect to access anything. The hosts were so nice and they had paid attention to so many details, we were overwhelmed. They had lots of suggestions and a great notebook filled with menus and things to do. Plus hints on specials, fishing and the area. As we ended our trip they even greeted us with a weather report--there was a storm headed our way. Thank you both for making sure this was the best time we ve ever had in this, our favorite, Florida location.

“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Wonderful house in great location” What a wonderful, well equipped home in such a great location. Both in the house and surroundings there is so much room to sit, walk, run and explore! All our family met here, 3 couples and 17 month twin boys and it was ideal! The porch at the back was just perfect for everyone, a wonderful safe area for the boys to play and comfortable chairs for us all to relax without a mosquito in sight! Open living room and kitchen was easy to work in with a delightful dining room where we could eat in the evenings. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms, the master suite is incredible and huge! The house is very easy to baby proof also, we took a couple of extra safety gates to keep our little guys from getting into mischief! And I have to mention the peacocks, they just stroll around everywhere, surprised us once or twice, but are very friendly and amazing birds. The location is great, there is a huge Publix , Dunkin Donuts and plenty other stores close by. I think if you want a peaceful, relaxing weekend, week or long vacation this is the home to rent. Bill Clark, the owner, was there to meet us and show us round and was on hand if we had any questions. We really look forward to going back soon!

“Wonderful Romantic Get-Away” We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. The owners were very friendly and pleasant, and the apartment was incredibly clean. The tiki hut over the private lagoon was amazing. We kept finding little things all over the apartment while we were there - drinks, books, games, etc. It was a totally wonderful time, and we want to go back!

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. “Time in Paradise” We recently had the luck to spend two months in paradise. This condo was comfortably appointed, well stock to meet all our needs, and most importantly in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk to the left and stores and restaurants were just a short walk to the right. “Beautiful property” This place is way nicer then the pictures. The property itself is breathtaking and its right on the water with a beautiful deck. I love that we had access to kayaks whenever we wanted. No one else but our party was there. The house seemed pretty clean but I wish it had a quick sweep again before we got there. The barstools had lots of dead flies. Which is weird because we didn’t have any flies around even while cooking outside. I loved that we could fish right off the deck. Just wished there was a pipe outside to wash up before going in. It’s definitely heaven, I woke up at 6 one day and enjoyed the sunrise n watching Dolfins and manitees. I would definitely stay here again.
