“Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“get away” My experience was kinda shaky at first , I was given the wrong gate code to get in complex, plus there were a couple of wristbands for pool entry missing and a blind that was messed up,but was able to be fixed in about 15 minutes. Our reservations were never given to property managers at office as well, but as soon as Jennifer responded she was able to take care of that. I have been to 2 other units there and this unit is the most modern by far and is very clean,and a great spot in the complex.

“Awesome-perfect in every way” We cannot say enough possitive things about this home and the hosts. We have come to Tarpon for 30 years but this is the first time we ve used flipkey and we will only use flipkey from now on. From the welcoming hug to the perfect ammenities throughout, you could not beat this offering. Location is beautiful and perfect to access anything. The hosts were so nice and they had paid attention to so many details, we were overwhelmed. They had lots of suggestions and a great notebook filled with menus and things to do. Plus hints on specials, fishing and the area. As we ended our trip they even greeted us with a weather report--there was a storm headed our way. Thank you both for making sure this was the best time we ve ever had in this, our favorite, Florida location.

“Wonderful house in great location” What a wonderful, well equipped home in such a great location. Both in the house and surroundings there is so much room to sit, walk, run and explore! All our family met here, 3 couples and 17 month twin boys and it was ideal! The porch at the back was just perfect for everyone, a wonderful safe area for the boys to play and comfortable chairs for us all to relax without a mosquito in sight! Open living room and kitchen was easy to work in with a delightful dining room where we could eat in the evenings. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms, the master suite is incredible and huge! The house is very easy to baby proof also, we took a couple of extra safety gates to keep our little guys from getting into mischief! And I have to mention the peacocks, they just stroll around everywhere, surprised us once or twice, but are very friendly and amazing birds. The location is great, there is a huge Publix , Dunkin Donuts and plenty other stores close by. I think if you want a peaceful, relaxing weekend, week or long vacation this is the home to rent. Bill Clark, the owner, was there to meet us and show us round and was on hand if we had any questions. We really look forward to going back soon!

“Winter Paradise!” My wife and I stayed at this great place in January 2014 and it was wonderful. It was very clean and well maintained. The canal was great to watch the fish jump and we saw Manatees almost every day. We especially liked the kayak and did a lot of site seeing from the ocean side. Migdy was great to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

“Most amazing vacation on Captiva Island!” We had a great time on Captiva Island. We have stayed there several times, but this time we chose to stay at this private home on the bay. My husband and I were relaxed and the kids had plenty of room to run and explore. The house was amazing - beautiful views, lots of room, great pool and very private but close to everything we could possibly need.

“a fine 2 weeks in Siesta” charming property, that was comfortable for four. The unit was very clean and fresh upon arrival. The neighbours were friendly and the overall property well kept. Siesta Key is a quiet community with usual shopping amenities over the causeway. This property was a brief 10 minute walk to the beach. Would we stay again, yes.

“Comfort and Convenience” We only stayed for 2 nights, but would not hesitate to rent here again. The location on St. Pete Beach was perfect. Even though there was temporary beach dredging going on in front of the condo this did not ruin our stay. The access to the beach was very convenient and there were less people and more room at this end, away from the larger hotels. The accomodations were just as pictured. Beautifully updated - everything clean as could be. All the conveniences were there and in working order. We look forward to the next time we can book a visit.

“Great Location, Very Well Appointed” This house is perfectly located right in Siesta Key Village within an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It is also just a block from the beach. No parking hassles! The house is very well appointed. The owner has thoughtfully provided more than enough coffee for the Keurig, lots of towels, and all needed kitchen utensils, dishes, containers, and cooking supplies, in addition to a beach wagon and chairs. Although not luxurious, this is a very comfortable rental. We also liked the privacy of having our own house. The only negatives were the lack of towel racks in the bathrooms and the lack of hot water in the bathroom with the tub (it remained only warm, even after running for a very long time). The water in the other bathroom was fine.

“Your best choice for location!” We stayed for 10 lovely days in this home and I have to say It was an even better location than I expected. Everything you could want to do is in walking distance or you can walk to the village (maybe a 3 minute walk)and hop in a free taxi . The house is well appointed and beds are very comfortable. We traveled with a 10 yr.old, 11yr. old , and 15 yr. old my 15 yr. old niece slept in the trundle bed and commented on how comfortable the bed was. In the kitchen you will find a drawer full of menus for the many nearby restaurants and information for water activities. I highly recommend parasailing while your there ! Considering how close everything is the street is very quiet and the owners were great to deal with. Thanks Kathi and Grant!

“Exceptional” We just returned from a 4 week stay at another/similar condo in this same building, same owner. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and located in close proximity to everything we needed (i.e. Beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops). John (owner) was more than accomodating with helping us get online (wifi) and being flexible with our schedule. The Gulf view was great and the building was relatively quiet considering it was Spring Break month. Will definitely be returning.

“Resort feeling minus the all inclusive.” We loved the condo & the location. We didn't know what to expect but everything was as described. We loved that the condo was a end unit with the windows wrapping around the side. We had a few trees in front but could still see the ocean & the sun sets were beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated & had everything you needed & then some; from the keurig coffee pot & coffee, beach towels & chairs even a cart for taking them to the beach, even kids beach toys. We liked that Doug supplied a binder with info about places to see & restaurants. We had no trouble finding our way around. Lots of areas to walk without going out of the community. Doug checked in with us regularly via cell checking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. This is the way to vacation, just like home & then some.

“Time in Paradise” We recently had the luck to spend two months in paradise. This condo was comfortably appointed, well stock to meet all our needs, and most importantly in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk to the left and stores and restaurants were just a short walk to the right. “Clean comfortable Siesta Key Condo with all the comforts of home...Perfect!” The condo is walking distance to shops, restaurants and quaint local tiki bar! The beach is a short walk across the street and through the beach-front section of the complex with lounge chairs and umbrellas available, very nice! I didn't mention the 2 pools (one beachside) and nice gym facilities also just downstairs of the unit. The covered parking space was an added plus! The condo was clean and very comfortable with all of the amenities of home which is greatly appreciated! You can even enjoy the view of the bayside inlet and beautiful landscaping from the kitchen through the entire wall of glass doors in the living/dining room! We had a wonderful week! The property owner Vic supplied more than enough information on the condo, local businesses and area maps! He was such a pleasure to work with! Thanks again Vic! We are already planning our next trip to Siesta Key in May!!
