“Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“It's the best beach in Florida!” If you want to stay at a plush yet reasonably priced condo on the water, Vistas on the Gulf is the place for you! Very clean facility with pool, hot tub, exercise room and oh what a view! The staff is great too. We've stayed one week and most recently last fall two weeks...I didn't want to go home...this was it!

“Wonderful house in great location” What a wonderful, well equipped home in such a great location. Both in the house and surroundings there is so much room to sit, walk, run and explore! All our family met here, 3 couples and 17 month twin boys and it was ideal! The porch at the back was just perfect for everyone, a wonderful safe area for the boys to play and comfortable chairs for us all to relax without a mosquito in sight! Open living room and kitchen was easy to work in with a delightful dining room where we could eat in the evenings. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms, the master suite is incredible and huge! The house is very easy to baby proof also, we took a couple of extra safety gates to keep our little guys from getting into mischief! And I have to mention the peacocks, they just stroll around everywhere, surprised us once or twice, but are very friendly and amazing birds. The location is great, there is a huge Publix , Dunkin Donuts and plenty other stores close by. I think if you want a peaceful, relaxing weekend, week or long vacation this is the home to rent. Bill Clark, the owner, was there to meet us and show us round and was on hand if we had any questions. We really look forward to going back soon!

“Winter Paradise!” My wife and I stayed at this great place in January 2014 and it was wonderful. It was very clean and well maintained. The canal was great to watch the fish jump and we saw Manatees almost every day. We especially liked the kayak and did a lot of site seeing from the ocean side. Migdy was great to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

“Most amazing vacation on Captiva Island!” We had a great time on Captiva Island. We have stayed there several times, but this time we chose to stay at this private home on the bay. My husband and I were relaxed and the kids had plenty of room to run and explore. The house was amazing - beautiful views, lots of room, great pool and very private but close to everything we could possibly need.

“Comfort and Convenience” We only stayed for 2 nights, but would not hesitate to rent here again. The location on St. Pete Beach was perfect. Even though there was temporary beach dredging going on in front of the condo this did not ruin our stay. The access to the beach was very convenient and there were less people and more room at this end, away from the larger hotels. The accomodations were just as pictured. Beautifully updated - everything clean as could be. All the conveniences were there and in working order. We look forward to the next time we can book a visit.

“Your best choice for location!” We stayed for 10 lovely days in this home and I have to say It was an even better location than I expected. Everything you could want to do is in walking distance or you can walk to the village (maybe a 3 minute walk)and hop in a free taxi . The house is well appointed and beds are very comfortable. We traveled with a 10 yr.old, 11yr. old , and 15 yr. old my 15 yr. old niece slept in the trundle bed and commented on how comfortable the bed was. In the kitchen you will find a drawer full of menus for the many nearby restaurants and information for water activities. I highly recommend parasailing while your there ! Considering how close everything is the street is very quiet and the owners were great to deal with. Thanks Kathi and Grant!

“Great Vacation Rental” We have been coming to Siesta Key for our Vacations for years... We have stayed at a number of Units at Crystal Sands, Crescent arms and El Presidente... Crystal Sands Unit 308 is one of the best Units we have stayed at... It has a great view of the Beach and Pool... You can watch the Sunsets and Moonsets right from the Lanai... The Unit is Roomy, Clean and had all the appliances, Dishes and Linens we needed... The Washer\Dryer in the Unit is very convenient... It has a New 60" Hdtv in the Living Room with an incredible picture... Jim left printed instructions for the Hdtv, Washer and Dryer which made it very easy to use the appliances in the Unit... We are looking forward to staying in Crystal Sands Unit 308 again for our next trip to Siesta Key...

“Exceptional” We just returned from a 4 week stay at another/similar condo in this same building, same owner. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and located in close proximity to everything we needed (i.e. Beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops). John (owner) was more than accomodating with helping us get online (wifi) and being flexible with our schedule. The Gulf view was great and the building was relatively quiet considering it was Spring Break month. Will definitely be returning.

“Resort feeling minus the all inclusive.” We loved the condo & the location. We didn't know what to expect but everything was as described. We loved that the condo was a end unit with the windows wrapping around the side. We had a few trees in front but could still see the ocean & the sun sets were beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated & had everything you needed & then some; from the keurig coffee pot & coffee, beach towels & chairs even a cart for taking them to the beach, even kids beach toys. We liked that Doug supplied a binder with info about places to see & restaurants. We had no trouble finding our way around. Lots of areas to walk without going out of the community. Doug checked in with us regularly via cell checking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. This is the way to vacation, just like home & then some.

“A perfect spot for us and for our golden retriever!” What a great place to enjoy the beauty of Treasure Island. The bungalow that we stayed in was wonderful...clean, a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, a great backyard. Susan, the owner, was also great to work with on every level. She was attentive, often checking in on us to make sure all was going great with our stay. She was also responsive to our rental needs and responded immediately if we had a question, etc.. She also embraced our golden retriever and he, too, immediately became fast friends with Susan. This bungalow is literally a block from the beach, a short walk over the bridge to John's Pass and close to grocery shopping, lots of great restaurants right on the beach, etc.. A great experience and we will definitely plan to stay at this bungalow again!
