“Great family home close to everything” We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. This house was perfect and room to spare for additional people if needed. Very well maintained, equipped home. Location was a plus, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. The owner and management team was very quick to respond. Only had to contact them once the morning after arrival, for nothing more than something minor with WiFi. The private pool was a big hit with our grandkids, once the water was warm enough to get in. Definitely would stay here again. Great week.

“Great place to make memories!” Loved having the children and grandchildren all together for a school vacation. We were so close to many venues and didn't need anything but the pool to entertain us once we returned home every day! Spacious house, that was well stocked with linens and cookware. Nice neighborhood. We would come back again. :)

“Very Nice Location, Property, and Experience” The booking process was very easy and straightforward. It was much easier than bookings I have done on other sites. I felt my payment and information was secure. The process of checking in and getting access to the condo was very efficient as well. There was a minor hiccup with the entry code, but the customer service line was able to correct it right away. The house was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed to ensure we had a proper vacation. While there were some initial headaches, the owner and customer support line were always there to ensure we were satisfied. The location was great. it seems that there is a lot of development going on in this location. There were multiple places to eat, and shop. It was not far from all of the main attractions. Because of its proximity to I-4, there was minimal traffic. The pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. I met a lot of nice people there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation that is close to all the great things in Orlando.

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. We'd love to rent this property for a longer vacation as it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

“Awesome Place to Stay!” Stayed there for a week and had an absolute ball. Villa is extremely clean and exactly as pictured on the website. We had so much fun in the pool we forgot the Villa had a pool table! Definitely booking this one again next vacation!

“Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!

“Disney Adventure” My family and I drove from NY to this lovely house and felt right at home. We were a total of 11 and stayed for 10 days. Since the first day we booked the house the owner was attentive and responded very quickly when I wrote to him. The house was well equippped, clean and beautifully decorated. We all loved it so much!!!!

“AMAZING Condo!” This was by far, hands down, the best place to stay! This condo is set up well, decorated adorably and fully equipped with anything you can imagine you would need. The kitchen is completely stocked with any cookware or gadget you may need. I highly recommend this condo. It was much closer to all of the Disney parks than I expected it to be.

“Winter Getaway” This was our second year saying at this home. We enjoyed it for two years now. This year we had more company visiting us. They all were surprise how nice it was. We heated the pool for company which they enjoyed. The furniture was worn more this year. We were showed the new furniture coming it look GREAT!! The management company was always every helpful to us!! We will be seeing the management next year too!

“Great stay in Davenport” The Villa Serenity was exactly that. A beautiful home with a very warm feel. The view from the back door was my favorite, overlooking the built-in pool looking back into the lagoon. Close to parks. Very clean, we would highly recommend staying at the Villa serenity, and we plan to do so again.

“Lovely, relaxing holiday” My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary in Jan/Feb 15. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped. The pool and pool area is very large but the weather wasn't quite hot enough for us to brave the pool itself. The view from the pool over the lake is really spectacular. The Hampton Lakes area is nice and quiet and is conveniently situated within a very short drive of some great restaurants and supermarkets. It's also very easy to reach Clermont, straight up the US27 or Orlando/Kissimmee via the I4. Kan and Myat were extremely good at providing us with all the information we needed and the booking process was straightforward and very efficient. I would highly recommend the villa to either couples or families.

“Vacation in Paradise” Beautiful & spacious townhouse in a quiet gated community, it is everything that you need for a relaxing vacation. It was great to be able to relax and enjoy the private pool that has sunshine from the early morning to late afternoon. Great amenities for both adults & children. You must take a day to visit the beach and we highly recommend you visit the world famous Daytona Beach and Siesta Key as they are spectacular beaches to visit and you won't be disappointed . If you are looking for an adventure we would really suggest you go on a swamp ride in Kissimmee. The Villa is close to everything you'll want or need to make your vacation a memorable one. If you want to take in some shopping check out the Outlet Malls as there is a hugh variety of stores for everyone. This was our first visit to Orlando and enjoyed every minute of it. We will definatley be making a return visit to Florida and will not hesitate to stay again at this Villa. Thank you Kevin & Sue for making our stay at you Villa a memorable one.......We will be back!!

“Reunion headquarters” The villa was well designed for the 3 -family reunion planned. It had 4 bedrooms upstairs and several gathering areas as well as well as a pool downstairs where the young cousins could become better acquainted. The location was about 40 minutes by car to Disney World which facilitated the entertainment planned for the reunion. The quality of the building and furnishings were first rate.
