“Perfect place just off the beach” Family reunion for 11 cousins. 6 bedrooms were perfect for 4 couples and 3 singles. 4 baths worked out great. Large gathering area and porch where you could see some of the ocean and sunrise. Parking for 4 was easy. We walked all over and rode bikes. Ate at several local places and only a 25 minute ride to Savannah.

“Fantastic view, incredibly clean, well stocked, comfortable, and a GREAT owner to deal with.” I think the headline says it all, but here's a little more detail. This was absolutely the cleanest condo/hotel/motel/home we've ever stayed in. The owner really, really, gives you a place you can call home for your vacation. It's like you're staying at the home of a good friend who thought of everything for your comfort and enjoyment. If it weren't for Penny, I probably wouldn't write this, because I want to keep this gem to ourselves. But for anyone who works this hard to provide such a wonderful place, well, I had to. How many times have you walked into a condo and see that's it not really dirty, but it's not really clean ? How many times have you run out of toiletries, not even an extra garbage bag left for you, no laundry or dishwasher detergent available ? Every single rental we've had, we had to make a shopping list of all the toiletries we'll need for the week. NOT HERE. Except for the food, obviously, EVERYTHING you could need or want IS PROVIDED. This is a very, very thoughtful owner. With new tv's, appliances, beautiful upgrades, you will not want to leave. The view is absolutely gorgeous. In Palmetto Dunes, the vegetation and trees have really grown, so unless you get an unobstructed view like this 5th floor provides, you'll never see the ocean. At the risk of repeating, the condo smelled great, and was just incredibly clean. I don't know about you, but an unclean rental can just ruin your vacation. The first minute we walked in, we knew we were going to have a great week. Ok, my sales pitch is over, lest I share this secret with everyone. Yes, the 5 star reviews are for real, it's well deserved. Thanks again Penny, and we'll see you on our next trip to the island.

“A tale of two” The good story: The place is really nice with modern equipment and a great terrace. The location is stunning with great views to the RTJ golf course and good connections to the mainland. The not so good story: We arrived late to a house, which hadn't been cleaned. Towels on the floor, unmade beds etc. It took us a good two hours to get hold of the owner. He managed to get the place cleaned while we ate at a restaurant. All ended well - but it does show a tiny lack of attention from the owner, which isn't very professional. A gas grill without gas adds to this picture. I can only assume the owner is more alert now about these issues, and if so, I have no problem in recommending the place.

“Great location and Cozy” The condo is in a great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo very comfortable with ample bedding and towels, enough room for everyone. Parking was ideal underneath the unit. I will definitely consider booking again.

“Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. “A great place to spend time with your family.” My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Seascapes. We were close to the beach and Coligny Plaza and the bike paths. The villa was nice and clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was within a few steps from our door. My two teenage daughters enjoyed their stay as well. I definitely would come back and stay again.

“Roomy” A girlfriend and I stayed in this condo for a week. It was well furnished, clean, but in need of a paint job. Here are some pros and cons... Pros: dual air conditioning controls, great beds, bathroom downstairs, flat screen TV, free bikes, free tennis, nice pool, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc, plenty of room Cons: no ceiling fans, low lights/dark, masterbath shower slow to drain, had to pay for parking pass (+$15) Being of a certain age, we decided that we really need ceiling fans! Who knew! Kevin was very good to deal with, responded promptly, and had an excellent cancellation policy (did not have to use but have an 88 year old father-in-law...). We did not use bikes (rained daily), pool, or tennis since all we wanted to do was sit on beach and shop. However, it was nice to have that option. Would be a good place for people with children.

“Beautiful ocean front getaway” This is a hidden gem as far as resorts. You can't get closer to the ocean for this price. A lil small and dated but perfect for my wife and I on our weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!! Gated community,on site eating options and a beach front bar are just a few of the perks. Doesnt get much better for the price!!

“Good overall” We loved Hilton Head! It was very quiet while we were there and the water was perfect for children (3 & 1). The indoor pools perfect for getting out of the sun for a bit and never crowded! The walk to the beach is doable but not recommended for a pregnant woman with 2 small kids! We couldn’t figure out how to have the ceiling fan in bedroom on without the light and messaged to find out but didn’t get a response until after we had checked out. We also couldn’t get water to stay in the bathtub to give our small kids a bath which was VERY aggravating but we managed. Having to pay 1.50 to wash a load of towels was not to great either (was a quarter short to dry them for 1.50 so they hung dry) when been used to having in room washer/dryer On the plus side it seemed to be the cleanest place I have stayed in awhile. All staff that we encountered was very friendly, nice, and helpful.

“Great location and clean unit” The location of this unit is great. The back gate is just outside the unit and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the shopping plaza was very easy. It's about half a mile. The beach off Ibis St is quiet and not nearly as crowded as the beach at the Shipyard Plantation club house. The club house beach was great because of the restroom facilities and ability to rent chairs and an umbrella, but our family preferred the quieter beach access outside the back gate. Also, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It was much nicer than I expected. The unit was clean and quiet. Our week long stay was great.

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY, CLAY COURTS AMAZING, POOLS AND HOT TUB PERFECT BIKING AND BEACH AWESOME.” We Love The Island it is a great place for families found an excellant church to worship at GRACE COMMUNITY. Biked everywhere grilled daily, loved the Clay courts for tennis. Beach was very close by, FACILITIES were decent and very clean. HOPE TO BACK NEXT YEAR.

“Most perfect place to stay” We cannot begin to tell you about the amazing time we had in Hilton Head Island! At first arrival we were so impressed with your Villa and the location. It was more than perfect for our family. It gave us all the flexibility of enjoying kid and adult activities simultaneously. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beautiful beach and the accessibility was priceless with two little ones. We enjoyed some of the restaurants in Shelter Cove and especially the live music from your extra large balcony. Your Villa is a gem and we can tell why you fell in love with Hilton Head Island. “Relaxing Vacation” We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head! The home was clean and well cared for. The location is great. There is a general store, bike rental place and alexander's (restaurant) close by. More importantly the beach is a short walk away. It was very easy for us to run home for a snack or lunch and go right back to the beach. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

“Fantastic condo and great location” My partner and I stayed there for a 5 day break and loved it!! The location is great...only a few mins walk from the beach. The complex has an exclusive feel and is very private. Parking is right outside so easy access. The condo is very spacious and in really good condition. The bedrooms are really big with ensuites and so definitely has room for larger groups. It has everything you need for a break by the sea. Hilton head island is gorgeous and the beach is great. Local restaurants are great too. The owners seem really nice and very helpful. Would very much recommend this as a stay for anyone.
