The chef's kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances for all of your meals that you will want to cook. You can walk to the shops and restaurants that are iconic to this area. “Updated condo, great pool, awesome owner” This is a great rental condo. It is in a great location on a marina, just across the street from the beach (just an easy 5 minute walk). A real bonus is the location near the Santini Plaza. The Plaza has great restaurants, a liquor store, a hardware store and other shopping. There is a CVS next to the Plaza. The pool is beautiful and the largest on the island. It was great to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Vito is a fantastic owner. He is easy to contact and genuinely cares about his renters.

“Back again! It doesn't get any better!” This was our fourth stay at ann & Ed's villia. Will we be back... Definitely!! We have visited the house twice in the winter months (December) and in the sizzling hot summer (June/July) and every time we go we never want to leave, the kids actually cry! (we have 4 kids all under the age of 9) The house has ample space for our family, very clean, and we felt at home as soon as we opened the front door, we knew we were home away from home. Having two living rooms is a plus as our kids hang out in one room leaving the second one for the adults. There are plenty of activities provided right at the house. The heated salt pool was a huge hit for our kids. They have board games, very large flat screen Tv's a Playsatation 3 (with games and movies) and wireless internet, magazines (subscriptions left from other guests that return each year), fishing poles and fish right off their docks. The house is close to shopping, dining, beaches and family entertainment. Ann even includes various guides and coupons to local restaurants. Furthermore, the villa represented amazing value, considering the sorts of prices for an equivalent property on the Mediterranean. This villa was spotless from top to bottom kitchenware, kettles, microwaves, etc are all spotless from top to bottom. The only drawback was that we had to leave... but that's okay we book every year! Thank you ann & Ed for making this our 2nd home.

“Outstanding” Updated and very clean, literally steps away from a clean beautiful white sand beach. The house has everything you need for your stay. The location on the beach strip was great. The grocery store is a few minutes away, very convenient. The views from the balconies were wonderful. Very comfortable house.
