“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Great Location to Beaches- Quiet Getaway” My husband and I have previously lived in Southwest Florida and have been trying to get back for a vacation for a few years now. This house was perfect for our needs. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Our kids ages 12, 10, and 5 had a great time! Our only minor complaint was with the pool. It was pretty chilly since it is solar heated. My kids still got in, but it was too cold for my husband and I. The management team made everything very easy for us. We would like to visit again!

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Paradise by the beach!” 1203 is a beautiful unit with awesome views, access to two pools & hot tubs, and easy access to the Beach via a covered walkway. Very clean and well maintained and the owners were great to work with. Lots of good restaurants and shopping opportunities close by. Loved it, and hope to be able to make it my home away from home again soon!

“Best View Ever” This was a very nice condo at the beach! Most condos only offer a view facing the beach but this unit has a clear long distance view all the way to Ft Morgan from inside the unit, the beach view and the Lagoon in the back. Windows surrounded the living room and kitchen while there were two sliding doors that opened to balconies on both sides. The condo was very nicely furnished including flat screen televisions, the property had a number of pools onsite and it was close to nice places to eat.

“Fantastic Stay” The home was in a beautiful community and there was a huge resort pool with all the things one would look for in a resort setting. The home itself was immaculate and very clean upon arrival. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the home and the resort so much that we actually spent a few days less at the parks. The reservation process was simple and straightforward. All in all a great vacation!
