“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. “nice place” The Condo was very nice & very clean, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was very nice and also gave us details on good places to eat and things to see. St Simon Island was beautiful. The only thing was we thought we could fish on the place but was told we could not by another owner.The owner did give us a place on a pier just 1/2 mild from were we stayed to fish and it was beautiful. It would have been a little more convenient if there had be a TV up stairs since we did not care to watch most of the things our husbands watch, but other than these two things it was great.

“A tale of two” The good story: The place is really nice with modern equipment and a great terrace. The location is stunning with great views to the RTJ golf course and good connections to the mainland. The not so good story: We arrived late to a house, which hadn't been cleaned. Towels on the floor, unmade beds etc. It took us a good two hours to get hold of the owner. He managed to get the place cleaned while we ate at a restaurant. All ended well - but it does show a tiny lack of attention from the owner, which isn't very professional. A gas grill without gas adds to this picture. I can only assume the owner is more alert now about these issues, and if so, I have no problem in recommending the place.
