“Home away From Home” I've been staying at the Graham's condo once or twice a year for the last 9 years or more. It's always been pristine clean. Accomodations are the best. Rooms large and bright and fully equipped. Decor is so welcoming. Location is the best. Only decisions to make are beach or pool, and where to eat tonight! I consider it my "home away from home." You won't be disappointed, and the value cannot be beat. Don't hesitate to book your reservation.

“Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Island Paradise” The moment we arrived, exhausted after many delays and problems, the Thomas' home became our home. The condo is well appointed, with comfortable beds, a wonderful kitchen and a fully stocked linen closet, right down to beach towels. Laine, Kevin and Howard are so responsive and saw to all of our needs. Location was prime. We walked to get groceries, eat and do other shopping. There were 7 miles of beaches to explore and the quaint villages of anna Maria and Cortez and Bridge Street kept us occupied when we weren't soaking up the sun. The lanai was my favorite place to drink my coffee and check out the action at the pool each morning . We ate the majority of our meals there, under the twinkling lights. It was a wonderful month!

“A wonderful home in an equally wonderful location.” The home provides a truly enjoyable family situation. The quality of the furnishings is very nice, the living space is very well maintained and clean and my interaction with the owner was always timely and courteous. My wife and I shared the home with our 14 year old granddaughter during our stay and the quiet enjoyment of the pool and the easy 1-2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico and the 5 minute walk to the heart of Siesta Key Village made the location hard to beat. Except for our day trips no car was needed. This is our second stay in the home and we will look to reserving it for our next visit. There were absolutely no disappointments only wonderful experiences.

“Great place to stay” I stayed in this condo last February. It is calm, bright and perfectly clean. The balcony and the view on the water are outstanding! “It's the best beach in Florida!” If you want to stay at a plush yet reasonably priced condo on the water, Vistas on the Gulf is the place for you! Very clean facility with pool, hot tub, exercise room and oh what a view! The staff is great too. We've stayed one week and most recently last fall two weeks...I didn't want to go home...this was it!

“Great place” We couldn't have a better time. The condo had everything you could possibly need for cooking, or going to the pool and beach. The condo is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the weather was perfect. Village is a 5 minute drive and the restaurants were perfect for a family. Definitely coming back!

“Exceptional” We just returned from a 4 week stay at another/similar condo in this same building, same owner. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and located in close proximity to everything we needed (i.e. Beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops). John (owner) was more than accomodating with helping us get online (wifi) and being flexible with our schedule. The Gulf view was great and the building was relatively quiet considering it was Spring Break month. Will definitely be returning.

“Comfort and Convenience” We only stayed for 2 nights, but would not hesitate to rent here again. The location on St. Pete Beach was perfect. Even though there was temporary beach dredging going on in front of the condo this did not ruin our stay. The access to the beach was very convenient and there were less people and more room at this end, away from the larger hotels. The accomodations were just as pictured. Beautifully updated - everything clean as could be. All the conveniences were there and in working order. We look forward to the next time we can book a visit.
