“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “OK” Ice maker didn't work and manager already knew about it. Shower heads are not adjustable. Remote control for living room was so worn out , the numbers on the buttons were unreadable.

“Nice but crowded.” The view is awesome. Right on the water. Beach very clean. We actually rode our bikes to dinner. Room was nice but a bit crowded even for 2 people. Bedroom needed air freshener. Bring your own pillows. Everything you need is there. My wife and I plan to use again.

“Home away from home” Perfect family getaway! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Malbec. We were first attracted to the home for it's name, Bei g avif wine drinkers. The accommodations are not only comfortable but very well kept. Our family felt at home and enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day in addition to our onsite pool. We can't wait to visit again next year!

“Summer family week” Our stay was a great experience with the family. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and place is very clean. We did experience some loud partying by a young group celebrating a birthday with a very large group of young people that were quite loud until 5am. We did have to ask them to keep it down as were trying tp get some rest before returning home the following morning. We were more concerned about our kids driving back home to Houston. We do like and would return next summer but would ask for the property owner to keep this as a family friendly place and not a party house.

“Good location and comfortable” Cass Caracol was a good condo. Pool was clean and in good working order which was a plus for our 2 grandchildren. The condo could use a good clean and repaint and the kitchen could be stocked a bit better but all in all a good value. Air conditioner was cold and the beds comfortable. We will probably stay here again next year.

“Great time except for Harvey” Our family stayed in Casa Caracol C. The condo was large and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We had a great time. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Harvey. The owner, Roberto, came out to check on us and give us updates from the city regarding storm updates and evacuating. We ended up leaving early. If not for Harvey we were planning to extend our stay.
