“A very welcoming home.” Our second stay and as great as the first time. A decorated Christmas tree greeted us, which was very nice. There was a bottle of wine to celebrate the New Year. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The home was near shopping and it didn't take us long to drive to the attractions. All in all we all enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. “Large home with easy access to Disney” This home was large enough for our whole family (7 adults) to sleep comfortably and it was so easy to get to the parks quickly before the crowds! Our adult children felt like kids again in the Scooby Doo room. The kitchen was large enough to cook family meals, and grocery stores are very nearby. Our only "wishes" while we were there were to have an outdoor grill and to have a TV in the family room large/loud enough for all of us to hear (the room was comfortable, though). We liked the gated community, but the streets are very narrow and with lots of parked cars, if you're driving a large vehicle you have to be very careful. The owner was superbly kind and quick with communicating. We'd definitely stay here again.

“A good choice for our family” This place was as expected, except that the floors needed mopping. This home is advertised as children friendly, but bare feet and small children soon became dirty by crawling on these floors! We began our stay by double mopping both ground and upper floors, as well as the stairs. Other than that, we were happy with our stay, and would choose this place again!

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Lovely Get-away” We were very pleased with this house. The split floor plan was a nice plus and my husband and I loved the master suite with our own bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. We liked the smaller table in the kitchen which is where we played cards and games. It was also nice to have a large dining table so our whole group could eat together. The setting is beautiful, having the lake view out the back. This was a wonderful home base for our family while in Florida for our son’s wedding!

“Very nice.” We had a great time. The house was clean, accommodations were very nice. The kitchen light started to burn out. One call & it was fixed quickly. We would go back.

“Fabulous Stay in Kissimmee” We loved staying at this home. It was so fun for the kids to have a private pool and so convenient for us as parents. The house has everything you need to make the stay easier...including a crockpot and belgian waffle maker. It was a nice distance from DisneyWorld. The only negative was the distance to Universal Studios. We would totally stay at this home again! We loved it! Also, Chad and Debbie are easy to work with and quick to respond and help your stay work well. We had initially booked to come in March 2020 and had to push it back a year due to covid-19. They could not have made the process easier.
