“Perfect!” Our stay at afiba View was simply perfect. The sea on one side of house and a private pool on the other. What else could you ask for? Oh yeah, and there's an amazing sun deck with walk out snorkeling in a private little cove! Once you figure out the route taxi, which takes about 2 seconds, you're free to go anywhere along the coast of Jamaica for about $1.25. I cannot recommend this villa enough. Sade is a wonderful host who answered all of my questions and made sure we enjoyed paradise as much as possible. This was our second trip to afiba and we're already trying to figure out when we can return. Can't wait!

“Location yes! housekeeping staff no...” Hello, we just came back from a week in Ocho Rios and had a fantastic time. The condo we rented was not in the tower shown in the picture but in the adjacent hotel, which was good too. And yes, location in great. Right next to a nice beach with a pool in the complex. So, as I mentioned, location was great. However, housekeeping left to be desired. We were told that the condo would be cleaned every 2 days, but after 3 days, no one had come to bring fresh towels or toilet paper! We had to call and call to get some service. Also, when we asked for some dishwashing soap, we were told to use either hand soap or soap for clothes. So aside from the little hickups with the housekeeping staff, I would recommend this rental.

“True experience of what you envision heaven to be” The personalized service was beyond expectation, from the fishes in the home made pond, the birds in the trees, the animals in the distance, being able to watch the stars from your bedroom, and the boats as they come and go in the harbour was a breathtaking experience. The fact I could walk to the town, to the supermarket, the craft markets and other stores made my experience less challenging and more adventorous. Overall it was a great experience. Will be taking my family there next year

“Best trip to Jamaica ever!!!” My girlfriends and I decide to take a girls trip to some where nice so we can chill, relax, party, and just have so fun. We decide on Palm Villa in Ducans, Jamaica. Now I've been to Jamaica countless times, but this time its was the perfect get away. First and foremost Jennifer was and is amazing. The villa was clean, relaxing, cozing and about a 2 min walk from the ocean. The landscaping was beatiful and the outside shower is to die for. Jennifer toke care of everting from food to transportation and everting in between. Also the local were very friendly (hey tony). In closing I would like to thank Jennifer and Palm Villa for making this trip to Jamaica the best trip ever.
