“The best the best the best” We traveled with our 4 children and my mother in law to Treasure Beach for the week. It was absolutely Phenomenal. It is perfectly situated On the beach with two magnificent beach coves 20 steps from the door. Our kids were able to run in and out easily all day. Absolutely highlight however is audrey's fantastic cooking. We made a menu with her for the week and every night after a heavenly day at the beach we were greeted with a traditional, home cooked Jamaica Feast. Book early because this house books up far in advance.

“Great, beautiful villa with a great owner!!!!” The villa was just as beautiful as the pictures!! “Holiday Home” My daughter and I rented this really beautiful villa. Angie collected us from the airport and kindly took us shopping to get some food to tide us over until we picked up our rented car. The house smelled fresh as we walked in. The lounge is spacious with three and two seater settees, coffee table and a large smart TV on the wall. The villa has air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms that was much appreciated as it was sometimes 35 degrees outside. Bedrooms have TVs on the wall. There is a large round thick glass dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a washing machine that my daughter thought wonderful as she used it often. Everything is as described in respect of this villa. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return when next in Jamaica. Another thing we thought wonderful is the automatic gates - no getting out and opening the gate - just press the remote control, drive in and park! The security company checked the house and left a note to say they have been round. We felt very safe at the villa. If you do not rent a car, Bouge taxis can be found who will take you where you want to go or ask Angie. There is a very smart car for rental should you need it at the villa. We did not hire this car as we had previously booked a 4 x 4 to take us cross country to St. Catherine and other areas that had rough terrain. We were not bothered by anyone - complete freedom. “Vacation at Montego Bay Studio apt. 35a” We surely did enjoy our stay at No 35a. Initially we had made arrangements for a stay of one week at No 35a in Montego Bay and one week at another Hotel in Kingston. After our first two days at No. 35a we did a reassessment of our stay in Ja taking into consideration the comfort of the apartment, which is ideally situated so that there is a panoramic view of the lovely hotel gardens, pleasure boats, jet ski and cruise ships traversing the sparkling blue waters of Doctor's Cave beach. There is also the view of fascinating architecture nestled in the mountains of Montego Bay. No. 35a is also strategically located in close proximity to several of Montego Bay's premium beaches, restaurants, shopping malls etc., We were on the hip strip, everything was within walking distance. As we are conscious of the environment we were able to turn off the a/C keeping the front and back doors opened inviting what nature offers from the atlantic. We were eager to inform the property manager Doreen of our intention to extend our stay for another week. We must mention our appreciation of Doreen's hospitality. Because of her knowledge on Jamaica she was able to provide tips so that we could have made informed decisions. Having rented a Motor Vehicle we were able to explore most of Jamaica using No. 35a as the base. It was a memorable experience. Cheers

“Peaceful Paradise” Sparkling Waters is an amazing place to stay. We have stayed there multiple times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this property. My favorite thing to do is relax on the pool deck overlooking the beautiful Carribean Sea. If you want to be adventerous there are plenty of day trips/tours to take. A trip to YS Falls is a must. Miss Petrina and Miss Tonarge will take wonderful care of you and your entire group. Rest assured you will have terrific time!

“the time of our lives!” i've stayed in many places in jamaica and other parts of the caribbean and the world - hotels, villas, apartments, resorts etc etc etc. - but no place - not one, made me feel the way sevilla did. we were at home. we were so well taken care of. orchestrated by the owner, Clare, and the joy she exudes in making everything and i mean everything, just right, just so, for us - and Monica the chef cooked us three meals a day which we had requested. (she'll cook anything for you - but we requested authentic jamaican) and wow - for the cost which was minimal, we had top notch fine dining meals daily - we didn't have to ever leave the premises except to walk down to the private beach at our leisure. We were able to have a real restful and productive vacation - like we were in a cocoon of sorts - safe peaceful secure and happy. that's the atmosphere Clare and her impeccable staff provide - and we're going back at our first opportunity and i suspect every year thereafter. simply beautiful.

“Fabulous, relaxing, beautiful, private...” This was my second time staying at Tranquility, (15th trip to Jamaica), My stays at Tranquility, were by far the best! Each stay gets better and better! I love the home, it's beautiful, spacious, clean, private, and the view is priceless! It's far enough away from everything, that you have the privacy you desire, but it's close enough to experience everything Jamaica has to offer. The food the cook made was fabulous, it was wonderful to have exactly what we wanted for our meals. (Helpful if your'e vegetarian, or have special dietary needs- one of us is vegetarian and the other, not). Can't pinpoint what I like most. Meals outside with a beautiful view and flower decorations on the table, lots of sun on both sides of the house, the food, swimming pool...? I loved, loved, loved everything! All of my vacation needs were met, and then some! Can't wait to get back!

“Wow!!” Dave, the Villa bus driver, picked us up at a local hotel where we had spent the previous night. The trip from Montego Bay to Mais Oui took a little over an hour but we did have one stop at a grocery for snacks and drinks. Dave was available the entire week and his advice on day trips and what to see was really appreciated. Upon arrival at the Villa we were greeted by Miss Ruby and the entire staff that presented us with cool towels and rum punch. We got a quick tour of the property while our luggage was unloaded and placed in the appropriate rooms. We were a group of 11 adults--all family and close friends. The Villa was spotless and all the items that we had requested in advance were on site for our arrival. This included the first two days' food and drinks. Arrangements for the food and drinks had been made with a local grocery where the Villa can charge and get delivery. The items were a bit pricy but for the convenience of having everything on site at arrival it is worth a little extra. On Tuesday Chef Arthur and I shopped at a large grocery store in Ocho Rios and purchased food for the remainder of our stay. Prices at this store were excellent as was the selection of food available. Our week at Mais Oui was exceptional. The staff was superb. Miss Ruby, the manager, was always available if we had questions or needs. Audrey and Janice kept the Villa in immaculate condition with fresh linens and towels daily in each room as well as fresh towels for the pool and beach as needed. Max kept the pool and grounds spotless and made sure the hot tub was ready as requested. Paul was always on hand also to serve our meals and get anything our group needed. A security guard was on site from dusk to dawn. Everyone in the group enjoyed "spa" day on Wednesday when massages were provided for our entire group. These were done by therapists whom the Villa arranged to have on site that day at an additional charge. The pool area is wonderful as it provides areas of shade, partial sun and full sun depending on how you locate your loungers. The pool is not heated but very refreshing when cooling off from the warm sun. We were a little saddened that the tennis court was in need of some repair but we were still able to use the court just not play competitively. The food at the Villa has to be considered a high point. Chef Arthur is a wonderful cook and prepared some of the finest meals we have enjoyed. He took the menu we had arranged and prepared almost everything we had requested. He asked permission to vary some dishes to give us a little more flavor of Jamaica and everyone agreed his selections were first rate. He is preparing a cook book with all his recipes and we look forward to getting a copy!! Overall, we felt like we were treated like members of the Mais Oui family. There were plenty of tears when on our last morning we were serenaded by the entire staff. Totally unexpected was a call from the Villa owner to see how our vacation was progressing and if all our needs were being met.

“Great place to stay!” I stayed here with my boyfriend this past week and we really enjoyed Point Village and the studio Domingos rented to us! The studio itself has a working stove, fridge, tv, air conditioner, and fan (plus wifi if you ask). Point Village is great because it is at the start of the 7 mile beach and is on private property so you will not be bothered on the beach, or anywhere else. It is quieter than what I saw of the rest of 7 mile beach and certainly more secluded. You can easily walk down the beach to a number of restaurants or bars or hop in a taxi to take to the west end. Personally, I loved it because it felt more like a community and home than any of the hotels we could have stayed at. Domingos was also a very gracious host who was always available and very willing to provide help and advice, or a drink! Nevertheless, it is a used-to-be resort that went bankrupt a couple of years ago so some parts of it are not that well maintained. If you are the type of person who loves or needs to stay at an all-inclusive resort this may not be the best fit for you. Another thing to keep in mind is it is next door to hedonism (a resort for mostly middle-aged nudes) and so on some parts of the property you can hear their music playing late at night (but for the most part it is very quiet). Regardless, I would certainly stay here, or in any of the other apartments in Point Village, the next time I visit.
