“Relaxing: Home away from Home...” Over the past 13 years, I have rented this upper cottage for a group of my friends and I to unwind and enjoy the start of fall in Ocean City NJ. The location is within walking distance to the beach (easy walking) and the house offers comfort and a true 'home' feeling. Safe to say, our favorite part of the house is the outside porch that offers ocean sounds and a nice breeze. The landlords (Brian & Karen) have become our family 'At the Shore.' They go above and beyond most rental landlords in that they get to know their renters, and they offer great assistance in helping us find entertainment and dining specific to our tastes. We can't say enough of how that personal touch matters to our gang. Thirteen years of heading to the same place means ... 'If it ain't broke, nothing to fix.' Our group will be heading back in 2013 for year 14!

“Fun Fun Fun” Had so much fun over the weekend. My childhood friends and I arrived at the condo and found it in great shape. It was just what we needed. Not too big, not too small. Just close enough to the boardwalk and beach, even though the actually water is a little farther. Would definitely rent this again. Maybe next time with my family. Joe answered all of my concerns in a very timely manner. Thanks for a great and memorable weekend!!

“Perfect Stay at Pied-a-Terre” We stayed at the Pied-a-Terre the weekend before Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed the suite! We were looking for a place to stay that offered warmth, charm, and Victorian decoration but didn't want a bed and breakfast. This suite was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. It was plenty roomy for my husband and myself and two teenagers. Because we were there for such a short stay, we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities that it offered such a the large, fully equipped kitchen (loved the bar and barstools!) and old fashioned tub. We did get to use the umbrellas (great idea to have them). The house itself is beautiful and the location is best in town! They even had on sight parking! Both the owner and the realtor were friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

“Beautiful Beach house. Wonderful owners” My family and I stood at Kelly and Bert's home on June 16th to 19h and it was a great experience. The house is beautifully decorated and it was spotless and clean. I have never rented a house before but due to the size of my family I decided to do so. I stood in the home with 8 adults and three kids. The house was more then comfortable for us and it even had an outside shower to take off all your sand. The Beach was walking distance. Wildwood is a beautiful place to visit for families and groups of friends. My family had a beautiful time. We made great memories at your home and would love to return. Thank you for being so sweet to us and taking out the chairs on Father's day for us to enjoy your backyard. Again you have a beautiful home and we would love to return. “Perfect find in Ocean City, NJ” I stayed in this house for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. We must of all said how much we loved the house 100 times. It's in great location. It's very roomy and has an open floor plan. Top notch, I hope to go again. The owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Thumbs up!
