“Spring Break” Had a wonderful Spring break at this well maintained 6 bedroom home. The weather was a nice, early taste of summer. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal put the management company fixed it quickly. I think the cleaning service could do a little bit better we found some items from previous renters under the beds, and earrings in the carpet. Not a big deal but for neat-freaks it was noticeable. I would definitely stay there again, great location.

“FANTASTIC PLACE.” We had a party of 10 and we still had plenty of room for everyone. The view was awesome we watched the dolphins play from the balcony. It was a little distance to the beach but quiet and away from all the traffic. Everything was in walking distance and convenient.Melissa was there right away to take care of any problems we had. My family and I had the best vacation and we would highly recommend.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “Wonderful House with everything you need” Our family had a great time in this house had everything we needed. Not everyone came this time because of Hurricane Matthew their flights got canceled we were sad about that . It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the spa and pool , the weather really didn't affect this part of Florida so we had a great time . The house is close to restaurants and shopping and the parks so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a well maintained home .

“Better than a hotel” The villa is located in a nice,quite environment but close enough to Disney and to shopping opportunities. It is fully equipped with everything you would need, a lot of entertainment facilities are available. Too bad that the little children costumes in the closet wouldn't fit any of us. We very much enjoyed the calm environment after a long day spent in Disney World. Thanks for the pleasant experience hope we can return some times!

“Amazing” Fantastic Home! Close to Disney, Stores & Resteraunts. Yet in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Perfect bedroom layout for large families. Super , Super clean!!!
