“Best Vacation!” I asked each of my kids to sum our stay at O'Cottage and they each yelled "Best vacation!" My wife agreed! It was great to take a break from the whirlwind of kids' activites to spend a week here in peace and quiet. The location on the lake is easily one of the best. We loved waking up to the water and going to bed after the campfire dwindled. The house is spacious and tidy and the outdoor shower is a treat. The owner is quick to respond to questions and the booking process was easy. Would I recommend this place to a friend? No! I want it all for myself! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family!

“Fantastic!” This was our first time to visit Chincoteague and it was awesome! Snug Harbor was exactly as described including the beautiful views. The location was great because you were close to downtown and getting to the beach was easy. I had envisioned renting kayaks but my husband didn't really want to so we went on a boat tour with Captain John. Such a good call, we got to see so much and the Captain was so interesting you could tell how much he loved the area. If I was going to nitpick, I wish there had been a hook in the bathroom to hang our towels but it was easy to make due. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

“Wedding Bliss with a Twist!” We had a sister get married and needed a place to stay with our large family! At the last minute Mr. and Mrs. Kenney came through for us! They were easy to deal with and extremely kind! The Place was just spectacular! Great location, convenient parking! Everything was so neat and clean! We loved the book and seashore theme! We felt totally relaxed, even with our small children! There was even a book to write our memories in! “Best place to stay on the beach!” We had a great vacation at the "3 Seas Cottages this past week, in fact, it was the best relaxing vacation we have had in years. Everything was as advertised and much more. We checked in on Saturday and when we return from the beach we found a tin of cookies on the porch that Susan the owner had baked for us. When met Susan later that day we found her to be the sweetest person you could every meet and so accommodating. The place was perfect, right down to the soap in the brand new outdoor cedar shower. The neighborhood was so quiet it reminded me of stepping back in time when life moved a much slower pace… Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly as they walked their dogs, walked to the beach, or took a night stroll to dinner. The location is perfect because it’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and the restaurants. The entire place has been very recently renovated, the furnishings and the attention to detail is top notch. We enjoyed shopping at the local markets, produce stands and cooking in the kitchen and on the gas grill on the patio. We spent a few evenings just sitting on the screened-in porch listing to some jazz music and drinking a bottle of wine, it was heavenly. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked it again for next summer the same week.

“Another great beach week” We returned to 15B for the second straight summer, and for the second straight summer we enjoyed a great week! The new outdoor shower was an added bonus and matched the high quality of the rest of the accommodations. Susan, the owner, makes everything very easy with the parking pass and use of the nice beach chairs and umbrella.

“Charming property inside and out with all the comforts of home” I recently stayed here with a group of friends looking for a short weekend getaway. The atmosphere was relaxed, everything functional, the beds comfortable, and the rooms clean and homey. Pat and Nadine were wonderful hosts and definitely put thought and effort in to creating an atmosphere that felt like home. Spacious rooms, bathroom, and a great meeting area downstairs with kitchen and dining area to hang out.
