“Good” The place was very nice and cozy, we had a family of 4 and it was great. very clean & also very peaceful!!! People were very nice who live here & stay here. the Pool is very nice goes up to 8ft but they do not have any lay down lounge chairs by the pool so that's a bummer. :) they do have a deck that has them but not pool side only down fall.

“Fantastic Family Fun” It is very hard to pick a place from a website being a person that is very particular. I am always leery that the pictures are better than what I will actually get. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised that this condo was actually nicer than the pictures. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and décor of this condo. Summer Sands offered grills and two pools as well as washers and dryers. The condo was equipped with all I needed to make meals. I could walk right to the beach and back to the pool. I could even see my family on the beach from the deck. I would return to this rental again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

“Wedding Bliss with a Twist!” We had a sister get married and needed a place to stay with our large family! At the last minute Mr. and Mrs. Kenney came through for us! They were easy to deal with and extremely kind! The Place was just spectacular! Great location, convenient parking! Everything was so neat and clean! We loved the book and seashore theme! We felt totally relaxed, even with our small children! There was even a book to write our memories in! That to us, meant that Mr. and Mrs. Kenney really wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves! thanks again so much! We certainly have great memories of such a busy weekend! The Stasuk's
