“Fantastic Family Fun” It is very hard to pick a place from a website being a person that is very particular. I am always leery that the pictures are better than what I will actually get. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised that this condo was actually nicer than the pictures. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and décor of this condo. Summer Sands offered grills and two pools as well as washers and dryers. The condo was equipped with all I needed to make meals. I could walk right to the beach and back to the pool. I could even see my family on the beach from the deck. I would return to this rental again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

“Relaxing: Home away from Home...” Over the past 13 years, I have rented this upper cottage for a group of my friends and I to unwind and enjoy the start of fall in Ocean City NJ. The location is within walking distance to the beach (easy walking) and the house offers comfort and a true 'home' feeling. Safe to say, our favorite part of the house is the outside porch that offers ocean sounds and a nice breeze. The landlords (Brian & Karen) have become our family 'At the Shore.' They go above and beyond most rental landlords in that they get to know their renters, and they offer great assistance in helping us find entertainment and dining specific to our tastes. We can't say enough of how that personal touch matters to our gang. Thirteen years of heading to the same place means ... 'If it ain't broke, nothing to fix.' Our group will be heading back in 2013 for year 14!

“Would welcome the chance to visit Cape May again and this would be my "go to" place.” A 4 night stay with 2 friends for an event at the Convention Center-it was perfect! NIcely kept, had everything we needed including a gracious landlord and 2 sweet whippet dogs! Great location, walkable everywhere we needed to be. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay! I must add I had to change my plans from the cottage to the 2nd floor property in the main house a couple times and the owner was most gracious and worked with me till we got it all sorted out. Thanks George and the "girls" for an enjoyable stay!

“Our home away from home!” We have rented with the Boumans for the past 4 years and this residence has always exceeded our expectations. The home is immaculately kept and offers all the amenities a family could need for a comfortable vacation. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance from the bay and the ocean, as well as restaurants, playgrounds and fishing/crabbing. Spending a week in Lavallette every summer has become a tradition for our family and we could not imagine doing so without staying at this rental property.

“Wedding Bliss with a Twist!” We had a sister get married and needed a place to stay with our large family! At the last minute Mr. and Mrs. Kenney came through for us! They were easy to deal with and extremely kind! The Place was just spectacular! Great location, convenient parking! Everything was so neat and clean! We loved the book and seashore theme! “Perfect Stay at Pied-a-Terre” We stayed at the Pied-a-Terre the weekend before Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed the suite! We were looking for a place to stay that offered warmth, charm, and Victorian decoration but didn't want a bed and breakfast. This suite was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. It was plenty roomy for my husband and myself and two teenagers. Because we were there for such a short stay, we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities that it offered such a the large, fully equipped kitchen (loved the bar and barstools!) and old fashioned tub. We did get to use the umbrellas (great idea to have them). The house itself is beautiful and the location is best in town! They even had on sight parking! Both the owner and the realtor were friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!
