“Fun Fun Fun” Had so much fun over the weekend. My childhood friends and I arrived at the condo and found it in great shape. It was just what we needed. Not too big, not too small. Just close enough to the boardwalk and beach, even though the actually water is a little farther. Would definitely rent this again. Maybe next time with my family. “Great place in beautiful Brigantine” Stayed a week in beautiful Brigantine and everything was great! The owner Tony lives downstairs and keeps the place spotless. At first I was afraid my children might be too noisy, but we soon felt right at home. The apartment is way better than in the pictures and had everything we needed. The cool breeze from the ocean was amazing and even with the scorching hot days, we never used the A/C.The apartment is literally within walking distance to everything. Neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. The only complaint (if you can call it that) is the kids found the walk to the beach a little too far, but i didn't mind. Thanks for a wonderful stay Tony. Hope to be back soon!

“Amazing Family Vacation” We stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2014 with my family for my moms 50th Birthday. Steve was great so accommodating, friendly, and easily accessible. The property is within walking distance to everything (grocery store, town, beach, and boardwalk.) We will be renting from Steve again soon!

“Would welcome the chance to visit Cape May again and this would be my "go to" place.” A 4 night stay with 2 friends for an event at the Convention Center-it was perfect! NIcely kept, had everything we needed including a gracious landlord and 2 sweet whippet dogs! Great location, walkable everywhere we needed to be. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay! I must add I had to change my plans from the cottage to the 2nd floor property in the main house a couple times and the owner was most gracious and worked with me till we got it all sorted out. Thanks George and the "girls" for an enjoyable stay!

“Wedding Bliss with a Twist!” We had a sister get married and needed a place to stay with our large family! At the last minute Mr. and Mrs. Kenney came through for us! They were easy to deal with and extremely kind! The Place was just spectacular! Great location, convenient parking! Everything was so neat and clean! We loved the book and seashore theme! We felt totally relaxed, even with our small children! There was even a book to write our memories in! “Perfect Stay at Pied-a-Terre” We stayed at the Pied-a-Terre the weekend before Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed the suite! We were looking for a place to stay that offered warmth, charm, and Victorian decoration but didn't want a bed and breakfast. This suite was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. It was plenty roomy for my husband and myself and two teenagers. Because we were there for such a short stay, we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities that it offered such a the large, fully equipped kitchen (loved the bar and barstools!) and old fashioned tub. We did get to use the umbrellas (great idea to have them). The house itself is beautiful and the location is best in town! They even had on sight parking! Both the owner and the realtor were friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

“Amazing! Definitely will book again” This property exceeded our expectations, The picture don’t do it justice. The house is so spacious and clean, more than enough room for a big group of people. No problems whatsoever! The roof and balconies are amazing, we rented right after a snow storm so we didn’t use it much but it would be so beautiful in the spring and summer! I have already recommended it for my friend who is looking to take a trip for her birthday in March!

“Fab rental” We spent a week in this kind belt home! So much great space... terrific kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, pans etc .. we usually ate breakfast and lunch in and out for dinner. But we did grill one night! Great outdoor shower, beach stuff and fab front porch with rocking chairs

“Sweet time at Spencer” Our family, and another, composed of 4 adults and 5 children had a wonderful, relaxing time at this home on Spencer Ave. The owner, Laura, was so kind and helpful during the whole process! The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to the beach/boardwalk, convention center, and a short walk to playgrounds and stores as well. We were able to truly relax and enjoy one another - a true blessing to break from the busy pace of life! We would highly recommend this home and owner!
