“nice place” The Condo was very nice & very clean, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was very nice and also gave us details on good places to eat and things to see. St Simon Island was beautiful. The only thing was we thought we could fish on the place but was told we could not by another owner.The owner did give us a place on a pier just 1/2 mild from were we stayed to fish and it was beautiful. It would have been a little more convenient if there had be a TV up stairs since we did not care to watch most of the things our husbands watch, but other than these two things it was great.

“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. “Secret hideaway” We came to fifth fantasy after attending our daughter's boyfriends graduation from Parris Island SC. I had done some searching online and found Edisto. This is the most well kept secret on the east coast. First and foremost I have to say that this house was absolutely fantastic. It was very clean and the kitchen had any and everything you could possibly need. I think it has even more implements than my own kitchen. The view is absolutely amazing. Sitting on the screened porch, you can see water from far left to far right. The furnishings were perfect for a beach house and quite comfortable. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace each night we were there even though it wasn't that cold, we enjoyed the ambience. The bedrooms were very nicely appointed and everything was absolutely amazing. We loved the extra freezer next to the washer and dryer and the hammock on the screened porch were just lovely. Edisto realty was great to deal with and we ordered linens from Edisto Essentials and they were delivered to the house when we arrived. The beach was just fantastic. We were there labor day weekend and the beach was practically empty. On tuesday, we were on the beach and saw absolutely not another soul!! Where else on the east coast can you do that? We enjoyed watching the shrimp boats and sail boats each day enjoying the atlantic. We can't wait to go back!! Edisto is truly a hidden gem and it's less than 4 hours from where we live, yet a world away!! Another thing that I must mention is the sincere hospitality we experienced every place we shopped. It was quite apparent that our business was well appreciated!!! We were warmly thanked and more importantly, invited back!! It was our first time to the island yet I felt like we were a part of their family. It was a great time we will cherish forever. Edisto Island is a must visit if you haven't been there before. Fifth fantasy is a great choice and we would highly recommend it.

“very nice!” could have had more dish cloths, towels and garbage bags. but otherwise was well stocked. we brought our own bath soap which was good because there was only a small bar for two of us for a week.

“Relaxing stay in North Litchfield Beach” This is our second year in Lone Oak over the Labor Day weekend. The house was in excellent condition and we were very happy to see a new gas grill in place. The screened porch is very nice, and enjoyed the outdoor shower. It's an easy 3 block walk to the beach. We were four couples in all and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lone Oak is convenient to shopping, restaurants and golf!

“A Perfect Fit!” I can't imagine a more perfect family vacation. This roomy and well-appointed house, right on the beach, brought together four families from four different states (including very small children) - giving us room to eat and play together, and room to have private time as well. The views are breathtaking, the location is convenient, the beach is not crowded, it could not have been better. Only a couple things could be considered lacking, but they are so minimal, they hardly bear mentioning. We'd read someone else's review that suggested a non-stick fry pan, so we brought ours along, and were glad we did. The dryer only worked if set on the highest setting and left to run for a while - but we reported that to management, and considering how responsive they were about everything else, I'm sure the dryer has been addressed by now. There really is very little shade when you sit on the deck, so it might be helpful to bring along a clamp on umbrella for the deck chairs if you want to be outside, but out of the sun. Again, we loved every minute of our stay.

“A Beautiful and Relaxing Escape” The house was lovely and clean and was so open and filled with light! The covered porch and deck were fully furnished and provided a "bridge" between the house and the beach. The gift we received as we entered the house was a real surprise and much appreciated. I would say that this is the nicest rental property we have leased!
