“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with our family!!

“Cozy and great location” Stayed for wife's birthday and it was great. Cozy home with all the extras. “Outstanding Vacation Rental” Our extended family (22 people - 13A/9K) had a great week at Saddle Beach. The house was beautiful and in very good condition. The option of being in the pool or the river during the day was wonderful. The house was clean and well furnished. The dining room table and table on the porch provided plenty of seating for meals. There was plenty of hot water for showers and clean-up after meals. The pool was clean and the river was awesome, with a gradual slope that was perfect for kids and adults. We used the crab traps provided and caught 2 dozen crabs that made a great contribution to dinner on Friday. Crabbing was best by the dock. We caught all but 3 crabs there, rather than out closer to the middle of the river. The AC on the ground floor stopped working on Tuesday, but one call to the owner and the repair team was on-site in less than 2 hours. The issue was resolved before noon on Wednesday. We have been renting vacation properties for years and issues crop up from time to time. We appreciated the quick response and resolution. The one recommendation we will make is to bring bug spray (mosquitos and horse flies). We anticipated it being right on the river, but if you haven't had that experience, you need to be prepared.

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Great Home with plenty of space” My family stayed here to bring in the New Year and we loved it. There was plenty of space and the home was well kept. The pool area great and the open concept upstairs and downstairs was perfect for large groups. The location of the home was close to Disney and other activities. The only thing I would suggest is more cookware. There was not many pots and pans to cook with.
