“Paradise” From the minute you step foot on the property you are pampered an made to feel like family. The staff reads your mine an are on top of every little detail, I don't want to forget anyone so I will tell you only a few from, Chris our friend in charge, Ramon our bartender/hero, Frank our chef, Sandy our go to gal, Rosa massages, Meriela our pedicure, Pepito an crew are just outstanding. You pick when you eat, sleep, swim, party, then the beach bon fire an band, dancing with staff, variety of food for meals, you couldn't possibly want for anything. All I can say if you do, it's not because of the Sunrise Villa or staff for sure........We were in the Presidente villa an have to say it was the best accommodations I have ever been in on a vacation.....Please treat yourself an find out for yourself.......

“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“Want for nothing -- and I mean nothing!” From the incredibly spacious and luxurious suites to the world class swimming pool to the on-site massage therapy sanctuaries to the full on-site gym with sauna, steam and soaking tub to the Epicurean theater to the on-site fruit, vegetable and herb garden to the meeting facilities and beyond -- all served up astride one of the most amazing views on St. John -- it's not only possible to spend several weeks here without the need to leave the grounds, it's actually desirable. Still, see the parks and head downtown for some amazing cuisine just to round out the stay. And enjoy one of the best support staffs on the island. Well done, all!

“Great vacation home” Really enjoyed my stay, all amenities, great pool and pool table. Easy check in and out. Will rent again. The owner was always accessible.

“The best & most picturesque beachfront hacienda on the Riviera M” My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hacienda Kukulkan during our Mexico trips, and consider it by far, the most gorgeous private home on the beautiful Mayan coastline! So look no further, you have found your dream vacation home in the Caribbean! From the minute we walked in, it completely took our breath away! The front of the house opens to a big tennis court on the left. There's even a fully equipped gym with panoramic views of the ocean, all which gave us the added motivation to work out on our vacation! ? The center of the house has an open air courtyard with a cute pond, and pretty patio furniture, and all rooms are built around it, some with spectacular ocean views. We spent many a night doing dinners under the moonlight and breakfast when we wanted to just laze in. The maids did a wonderful job with cooking & housekeeping, going out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. What is so impressive is that every room and every piece of furniture is custom designed! We spent hours in the fabulous pool overlooking the ocean, with music playing in surround sound throughout the villa. The location was awesome! Puerto aventuras surrounding a beautiful dolphin marina is convenient, close to all the night life & shopping at Playa and also the fabulous Tulum beach ruins. We felt safe and secure in this gated community! 3 years later, we were back to get married & the ambience was surreal! The courtyard, steps from the ocean, was perfect for our Reception, with Cocktail Hour by the pool. We hosted our family there, and the 8 bedrooms were more than sufficient to accommodate all. Our wedding was a huge success and our guests cannot stop talking about the gorgeous hacienda! We highly recommend Hacienda Kukulkan as your abode, to enjoy paradise in style! Like us, you would go back!! We are thankful to the owners (Rick & Sandy Spell), Marina of Riviera Maya Haciendas & Eddie, and maids like Mariana who made our stay there so memorable!

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Amazing Place” I have stayed at Wataview on two different occasions- one week in February and one week in april. Incredible place. The staff and chef are above superior. Chef Sylvia has worked all over the world and her dishes are far superior to anywhere I've eaten with five star chefs. She is delightful and accommodating to any requests. The house has everything you could want for entertaining and enjoyment...beautifully decorated, great rooms, beds, supplies, support. I would highly recommend Wataview...it is beyond amazing- you'll love it.

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here!
