“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Excellent accommodations.” Excellent accommodations and location. House was very clean and pool was perfect facing the south sun.

“Wonderful Place” We went as a family in the beginning of summer for a few days away. Everything was as described. The dining area was perfect to fit all of us together for a family dinner. The deck is perfect to sit and relax with a great view of lake. Everything you need for a BBQ was provided. The living room has a large fireplace , which we used even in the summer! The dock was a little bit of a walk, but well worth it. It is right on the lake with a table to sit and enjoy the lake. The owner was very accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely rent the place again! Very reasonable for a home so close to lake.

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Quiet, affordable and as described” We had a nice, warm Melbourne visit. The Condo was as described and was priced appropriately. We received information prior to our visit on how to access the unit. It was very simply set up and allowed us that place to lay our heads at night or sit on the balcony to watch the variety of birds below. We felt very fortunate to have access to a very nice pool and hot tub. It was our "go to" place after our time on the local beaches or after a nice meal at The Cuban Restaurant....or even better DJon's by the River. Wonderful food - tried many unique eateries. Can also recommend Blueberry Muffin Restaurant for breakfast. John F. Kennedy Space Center is close enough for a nice day trip which we did. Excellent place to visit.

“Beautiful/relaxing Thanksgiving Week with the women.” We had a great time in this beautiful, well kept 2 story condo on the Lake. One of the things that we liked the most was not only how comfortable we felt but how well equipped this condo is. We had everything we needed to fix a big Thanksgiving day meal and then relax on the deck overlooking the lake. We will definitely be coming back again to this condo to vacation in the Lake!

“OZARK MOUNTAIN FUN” My wife and I recently spent a wonderful and relaxing week in Eileen and Tom's luxury condo on Teble Rock Lake. We liked being close to all the activities surrounding Branson Missouri and Table Rock Lake without all the traffic and noise often found in Branson itself. In addition to Tom being extremely helpful in answering our questions the condo was all that was promised and more.

“Home away From Home in Framingham” I stayed in this great 2 bed/2bath condo while on business in Boston. It is quiet, conveniently located near shopping, places to eat and the Mass Pike. The building has a great gym and pool with onsite laundry facilities. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the reservoir to start and end your day. Highly recommend it!

“Peaceful” The unit we stayed in was very clean. Our unit favorite was the balcony swing. It was nice to sit on in the evenings, in the shade, and listen to the ocean sounds. We enjoyed walks in the evening at Fort Fisher. My personal highlight of the stay was seeing dolphins the first early morning of our stay. The restaurants are nearby and so is a grocery store called Food Lion. We enjoyed visiting nearby towns of Wilmington and Southpoint. You can find even more good eats and quaint local shopping there. I would have given 5 stars but we were disappointed that we couldn't see the entire beach from the balcony due to the setback of the building behind two other buildings. The ocean is directly in front of the unit but the view is obscured due to the two buildings on either side. Also, the workout center was closed due to construction the entire stay. The unit could also use an updated microwave. The owners are very easy to work with and good at communication.

“Great location” We had a great vacation! Condo was really nice. Only thing we would change is more bath and kitchen towels. There were no kitchen towels at all. Lol

“Great Mountain Vacation” If you want seclusion,beautiful views,walks in the forest this is the place for you. We also brought our 4 wheelers & rode in the National Forest just across the road it was great. The home has everything you can think of, very cozy feel. I lit the fireplace every morning, great to wake up to a warm fire. But I spent most of my time on the deck taking in the views and watching the grandkids enjoying the hot tub.Everyone had a great time. “Comfortable and huge.” My wife and I recently stayed here. While we only needed a place for the two of us, we were really impressed with the spaciousness and layout of this condo. We are thinking about returning with a larger family group. The living space is very comfortable and the bedrooms are also roomy. Location is close to downtown, Port Clinton, Cedar Point, or the ferries to the islands. The view out over the country club is beautiful. We would strongly recommend this rental to anyone interested in staying in Marblehead.

“Beautiful Family Memories” We stayed in the Snow Basin condo in March, 2011 with our 6 and 7 year old children for a fabulous family ski trip. The condo was beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed and more. It was very convenient to all of the ski areas as well as to the grocery store and restaurants. For a little more variety it was just a short drive to indoor sky-diving, movie theaters, and a wonderful children's museum. We were glad to see them during a day when the snow was falling so heavily that we did not want to ski. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. The complex was very quiet and we were never disturbed by loud neighbors like the time we went to Taos, NM to ski. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for a family vacation!
