“Wonderful!” This was one of the most unusual places we've ever stayed- a renovated old church, at the same time classic, modern, absolutely spotless, warm, bright, cozy and if you appreciate the arts you are in for a treat as both Julie and Peter are accomplished artists (Julie is a painter and Peter a musician).

“A Real Gem!!!” This cottage is the perfect place for two people. It is truly as beautiful as the pictures! The pool and grounds are exceptional and the view is breathtaking. “Great place in beautiful Brigantine” Stayed a week in beautiful Brigantine and everything was great! The owner Tony lives downstairs and keeps the place spotless. At first I was afraid my children might be too noisy, but we soon felt right at home. The apartment is way better than in the pictures and had everything we needed. The cool breeze from the ocean was amazing and even with the scorching hot days, we never used the A/C.The apartment is literally within walking distance to everything. Neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. The only complaint (if you can call it that) is the kids found the walk to the beach a little too far, but i didn't mind. Thanks for a wonderful stay Tony. Hope to be back soon!

“Perfect Family Vacation Spot!” We scoured this and other websites for two months looking for the perfect spot for our first vacation as a young family of four... and we found it at this lovely home! Around every corner was exciting new activities for both kids and adults. At the end of each day of our stay, my three-year-old and one-year-old each passed out with exhaustion after a day of playing at the beach, marveling at nearby waterfalls, exploring the lake via kayaks and canoes, and playing with the numerous toys and books throughout the house. And when they did pass out, we adults got to enjoy grilled steaks and a nice bottle of wine overlooking beautiful sunsets over the lake from the second floor deck. I think my three-year-old said it best: "I love the lake house daddy; can we come back again and again?" Indeed. Great owners as well -- thorough, clean, and responsive.

“Surrounded by Nature with the comforts of home.” With a peaceful, private lake just a footpath away from this completely updated unit, you can't go wrong! Despite all the modern touches the unit holds, it has such a cozy "cabin" feel to it. It was great having all the amenities for our active boys just a walk away as well as beautiful Lake George so close by! Our family has rented several times and upon each return we notice another convenience or update added to the unit. A perfect day for us includes, eating breakfast on the covered patio, followed by a hiking adventure at the many places nearby,(our kids will squeeze in some tennis or basketball too) then down the path to the lake to catch some sun, some swimming, kayaking or boating then back to the condo for a grilled dinner and campfire! Then off to the comfortable beds for a good nights sleep so we could spend the next day at beautiful Lake George! It's such a treat to enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer and to come back to such a comfortable, cozy, and well loved condo!

“A great get away weekend” My family visited Cooperstown in Oct. of 2009 and stayed in this wonderful house. The location was great: it wasn't too far of a drive into downtown Cooperstown and all the attractions but far enough out of town to enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding area. This property was well kept and has water access to the beautiful lake just across the street. The views of the lake and the surrounding woods can be seen from almost every room of the house; I especially loved the rooms in the front of the house which were all windows and you could enjoy the amazing views while eating meals. This house contained an amazing kitchen (newly renovated it seemed) and bathrooms while keeping with the charm and style of the area and surrounding houses. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning soon hopefully.
