“So close to the beach” This condo was such a great find. The entire place is very nice and clean, the kitchen is gorgeous and had everything that we needed. We just moved right in and started vacationing. It was so wonderful to walk out the door and be right there at the beach. Love the assigned parking so close to the unit. Can't wait to go back!

“Amazing place, beautiful views, very friendly and accommodating owner!!!!” I have traveled here on two separate occasions and have been 100% satisfied each time. My most recent visit I also enjoyed the upgrades that were done such as hardwood floors in the bedroom and various rooms being brightly painted. Both stays I traveled with large groups and there were plenty of room for everyone. Lucio is the owner and he is very friendly, accommodating and eager to please! He cares about how our stay was and is open for suggestions on how to make it better if there were any.

“A Real Gem!!!” This cottage is the perfect place for two people. It is truly as beautiful as the pictures! The pool and grounds are exceptional and the view is breathtaking. “Perfect Beach Vacation” This is the 2nd time that my family stayed in this wonderful beach house. It has everything to make your vacation complete. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can make a nice home meal. The family room is large and comfortable. The condo is a desirable end unit which has a great view of the bird sanctuary on one side. We enjoyed the new high beach chairs that were on the balcony, and spotted a few osprey in a nest. The beach is a quick minute walk away. If you like the beach and enjoy a quiet and relaxing time this is the place to go. I highly recommend.

“Lorelei II Ocean City MD condo” We would like to thank you for allowing us to rent your Ocean City condo. The drive can be hectic, but we arrived to comfortable, clean and well-appointed living spaces. It was a beautiful and spacious; plenty of room for our family to all gather together or relax in their own bedroom spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay; complete with the “little things" like salt and pepper, pizza cutter, etc. The unit also had the convenience of getting some much needed laundry done, especially after a few "salty" days at the beach or a dip in the pool. The televisions and WiFi came in handy for that one rainy ‘do activities indoors’ day. The unit is true to the photos and video you have online. Again, we had a wonderful time in Ocean City and your home was an excellent place to stay. We look forward to renting from you again in the future.

“Great vacation spot!” I rented the condo with two friends for the 2014 St. Patrick's Day weekend. The condo was in a great location for breakfast and heading out at night, and close to the bus so we could watch the parade. I found a great coffee shop that I will certainly be returning to for it's no frills great coffee, and a cozy diner, both of which were only blocks away. The condo had a fabulous deck to relax on, and it's in a great spot for people watching. Since we were there in the off season, there were not a ton of people, but I'm looking forward to going over the summer- we've already booked the same condo again!

“Home Away from Home Only Better” We love this house. It is so warm and cozy. As soon as you step in, you feel right at home. There is plenty of room and open space. The fireplace and living room are incredibly tranquil. There is plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The bathrooms are updated and nice and clean. I love the that you don't feel on top of one another. The decor is warm. The views are incredible. We can only imagine how it will be in the summer with the Lake. I can't wait to come back. “Relaxing: Home away from Home...” Over the past 13 years, I have rented this upper cottage for a group of my friends and I to unwind and enjoy the start of fall in Ocean City NJ. The location is within walking distance to the beach (easy walking) and the house offers comfort and a true 'home' feeling. Safe to say, our favorite part of the house is the outside porch that offers ocean sounds and a nice breeze. The landlords (Brian & Karen) have become our family 'At the Shore.' They go above and beyond most rental landlords in that they get to know their renters, and they offer great assistance in helping us find entertainment and dining specific to our tastes. We can't say enough of how that personal touch matters to our gang. Thirteen years of heading to the same place means ... 'If it ain't broke, nothing to fix.' Our group will be heading back in 2013 for year 14!

“The Epiphany-A Beautiful Place to Stay” My husband and I, along with our pets, enjoyed our stay at the Epiphany. The view was beautiful. Sitting at the dining room table, we lost track of time while watching the birds and ducks on the water. It is a wonderful place to relax and convenient to everything that Chincoteague and Assateague Islands have to offer. We loved the spaciousness, and the clean and inviting atmosphere. We hope to return soon.
