“A Real Gem!!!” This cottage is the perfect place for two people. It is truly as beautiful as the pictures! The pool and grounds are exceptional and the view is breathtaking. The place is extremely well maintained and the owner is very kind and helpful. We had a fabulous weekend here and would gladly return!

“Perfect B&B; experience” An ideal location, a beautiful adriondack lake, and wonderful service, thanks Margie, made Kiwassa Lake B&B; a great spot for a get-away. The room was clean and perfectly quaint. Breakfast came with a great view and adorable acorn-shaped mini-muffins.

“Awesome getaway!” I came here with a group of friends for a getaway weekend, and it was awesome! The house is big and comfortable. Huge backyard where you can relax and nearby is a little river where you can walk to. The owners of the house are super friendly and always tried to make you feel comfortable. Definitely would recommend this to others and I would sure be coming back.

“Wonderful Stay in The Adirondacks” We couldn’t have been more comfortable in this lovely home. Everything you needed or wanted is at this home. Very clean and very well maintained w/every kitchen item imaginable. Felt like we were vacationing in our own home. Plus, plenty of info on the area, maps n brochures provided. “Perfect Family Vacation Spot!” We scoured this and other websites for two months looking for the perfect spot for our first vacation as a young family of four... and we found it at this lovely home! Around every corner was exciting new activities for both kids and adults. At the end of each day of our stay, my three-year-old and one-year-old each passed out with exhaustion after a day of playing at the beach, marveling at nearby waterfalls, exploring the lake via kayaks and canoes, and playing with the numerous toys and books throughout the house. And when they did pass out, we adults got to enjoy grilled steaks and a nice bottle of wine overlooking beautiful sunsets over the lake from the second floor deck. I think my three-year-old said it best: "I love the lake house daddy; can we come back again and again?" Indeed. Great owners as well -- thorough, clean, and responsive.

“Beautiful! Relaxing! Perfect!” I spent 4th of July weekend with a group of friends at this wonderful mountain retreat, and it was all that we wished and more!! The views are spectacular, the private pond and the mountains added so much to our stay. It was like being on a private resort...the home had everything we needed to have fun and enjoy this long summer weekend, and we are already planning to return next year. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing spot for a long weekend getaway! And it must be noted how accommadating and easy it was to communicate with the owner and with flipkey whenever I had any questions-- 5 Stars!

“Surrounded by Nature with the comforts of home.” With a peaceful, private lake just a footpath away from this completely updated unit, you can't go wrong! Despite all the modern touches the unit holds, it has such a cozy "cabin" feel to it. It was great having all the amenities for our active boys just a walk away as well as beautiful Lake George so close by! Our family has rented several times and upon each return we notice another convenience or update added to the unit. A perfect day for us includes, eating breakfast on the covered patio, followed by a hiking adventure at the many places nearby,(our kids will squeeze in some tennis or basketball too) then down the path to the lake to catch some sun, some swimming, kayaking or boating then back to the condo for a grilled dinner and campfire! Then off to the comfortable beds for a good nights sleep so we could spend the next day at beautiful Lake George! It's such a treat to enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer and to come back to such a comfortable, cozy, and well loved condo!

“Sweetheart was AWESOME” Sweetheart did not disappoint! It was a perfect place to go and "disconnect" and yet still close enough to fulfill any needs from the "real world". We enjoyed the small lake side location for walks with our dog, the hot tub for relaxing afternoon soak, the "retro Atari" gaming system and collection of board games for night time activities, and the over all peace and serenity was just what was needed for a break from the "rat race" of everyday life. Thanks to Aimee and Michael for your attention to detail for the decorations and materials provided to enhance our stay.

“Nice place to get away from the hectic city.” Quiet and secluded it was a good fit for me, a couple, their toddler and two small dogs. Property its a good size for a small walk in the woods. Storms have pushed the creek away from the back of the house and it's small and not showing any fish, so wasn't able to fish on the property. I'd advise getting your fishing license before you get there. The house was clean and well kept. The frig had a fair amount of condiments in them, so check the frig before you head to town to buy anything. There were enough pots and pans to cook, but we were glad we brought two cooking knives with us. The gas grill on the deck was OUTSTANDING! I give that grill 5 stars. Quiet with a great view of the stars. We took advantage of the fire pit and picnicked while cooking hot dogs over the open fire. The wifi was intermittent, which can be a good thing if you're looking to truly get away and relax.
