“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Great Vacation” Gone Bananas is arguably the newest and nicest property on Lubbers. Lubbers is a short boat boat ride from Elbow Cay and the Hopetown Settlement. Lubbers doesn't have many amentities besides Lubbers Landing, Cracker P's, Down Deep Fish Store and Dee's Bread, but if you are comfortable handling a center console, it's a great place to be away from the crowd without being too far away. Both Patrick and austin are excellent proprieters at the two restaurants. Definitely rent a 20-23 ft boat (Albury recommended) for your entire stay so you can easily hop over to Tilloo, Hopetown or Nippers on Great Guana Cay. A stretch golf cart is provided and is perfect for checking out the island and taking things to and from the boat. The house has an easy to operate generator for the routine power outages (power outages are part of the charm of the Bahamas). The Wifi was solid and all of the appliances were new and in good shape. We had very safe dockage for our boat. It was pretty much protected from all wind directions. We had a great trip and can't wait to get back. - Bill and Karen

“Awesome Cabin!!” My husband and I rented this property for the July 4th weekend. His sister and her husband traveled with us. At first we thought we were going to the end of the Earth, but after finding the cabin we were all very pleased. It was very nice! Clean, spacious, and private. Giving each couple their own bedroom and bathroom. Best of all, Liz, is an amazing hostess, checking in with us daily to be sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this cabin for a nice relaxing weekend.

“Unique and beautiful...heavy on the character...” I'm a frequent visitor of the 'ette. I love the location (right off the main drag) but enjoy its solitude (wooded median...long drive way). Its sort of like a studio apartment in the woods. its close to many of the wineries, The Red Newt and Stone Cat restaurants and a gas/quick mart. When Wine tasting its easy to swing by and change clothes/use the facilities/take a nap (comfy beds) and unload your recent purchases. The owners are friendly and helpful. The grounds are spacious with a nice walking trail. For what you get for the price its really a great secret. So why share a secret? I'm not there long enough or frequent enough to keep it to myself...like a cool song, I shouldn't be singing it alone (especially if you've heard my voice).

“Awesome getaway!” Hearts Delight and the hosts, Mac and Dar are just that...a delight! The cabin is clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home but in a very relaxed country setting. The grounds are just beautiful and well maintained with a fire pit, swimming and fishing ponds, walking trails through the woods and a shared hot tub. You could not ask for a nicer getaway that is not that far from many of Ohio's highlights.

“well worth it in all aspects” we have stayed at this property for 6 years in a row and have enjoyed each year. there are 11 of us that occupy both first floor apartments the outdoor shower is perfect for kids or adultsthe kitchen is spacious enough for all of us to eat together. the beach is close enough to walk to. the boardwalk, rental bikes, amusement and water parks, tennis courts, play ground are all just a few short blocks away. all in all great location and value for all that wildwood crest has to offer. we look forward to it every year.

“11 out of 10” My son and had a blast staying at cottages at Christmas Mountain in the Wisconsin Dells. The house was very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfy. The service at the front desk as well as through out the grounds was excellent. They provided us with a weekly list of activities that they provide for the kids and families. Everything was well thought out and planned to maximize our time there. We had such a great time that not only will we return next year, but we are planning a 3 or 4 day this fall. We had no "hidden surprises", and never once had to call with a complaint. I will rent from Sheri Lundstrom Everytime we go to the Dells.
