“Paradise Found in Downtown Sarasota” Absolutely charming, fully redone/ upgraded bungalow close to everything Sarasota has to offer. This was the third year running my wife & I have stayed at the wonderful home located minutes from Sarasota's best beaches, restaurants & shopping. We fully intend to return again next year! The two bedroom home is in pristine condition. Beautifully decorated, lovely hardwood flooring throughout with a fully stocked (appliances, crockery, pots/pans, cutlery, etc...) kitchen & renovated bathroom. Everything you need is provided, just arrive & settle-in. A huge projection screen in the living room, should you want to have an at-home movie night (rental Dvd's a 5-minute walk away @ Publix). There's also a regular flat-screen TV in the living room, as well as a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom. The backyard is, personally, my favourite part of the home. A screen-in lanai to eat in & a beautifully manicured backyard to relax in under the tiki hut or under the palm trees. There are a few seating areas throughout the backyard. Find the space you like the best, sit-back & relax with a cool cocktail- very civilized & very beautiful. You'll feel like you're in the Caribbean, not Florida in this backyard. Maureen & Pat, your hosts who, very conveniently, live right next door have provided everything you need, including all the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc...to take along with you to Sarasota's beautiful beaches. Maureen has also provided tons of literature about the area in the house- restaurant menus, local mags, maps- everything. Maureen & Pat are always happy to suggest restaurants, beaches, shopping, golf, etc. They know Sarasota well, are friendly & happy to help in any way they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. My wife & I can honestly say we love this property, have encountered no negatives about the place in three years of week-long stays & look-forward to our time there each year. We recommend this lovely home to everyone.

“Beautiful little cottage” We stayed at this lovely little cottage on Siesta Key mid-April. The cottage is very nice, with all the amenities, even a washer/dryer for extended stays. It's cozy, with high ceilings, a nice bathroom and kitchen/living room. The bed seemed a little small (only a double), but it was very comfortable. The wireless internet was not working when we were there, which was a little frustrating. There is a beautiful pool and nice garden areas. The private beach was also very nice. All of the staff and the owner were extremely pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there.

“Best home away from home at the beach.” I spent a lot of time searching for a bungalow at the beach and my expectations were surpassed when I opened the door! The owners were thoughtful in design, layout and furnishings to provide a laid back experience at the beach. I wished I could have stayed forever - it was that nice. I especially enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen which included colorful dishes to match the colorful walls and great blue floor! Best of all - location - you can walk everywhere as you are right in the historic Bridge Street neighborhood.

“Great place” We couldn't have a better time. The condo had everything you could possibly need for cooking, or going to the pool and beach. The condo is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the weather was perfect. Village is a 5 minute drive and the restaurants were perfect for a family. Definitely coming back!

“What a View!” This is a very nicely decorated 1 bedroom and bath on Siesta Key Beach. You have an unobstructed view of the beach the minute you look into the condo. There's a great view from the bedroom as well! Very easy walk fo the beach..chairs and umbrella provided as well as all the amenities of home. We'd stay here again!

“Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Great Vacation” Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home in Venice Florida. It was very comfortable and had all the convenience of home. Everything we needed was close by (restaurants and grocery store). We really liked the bike trails along the canal since we brought our bikes. We would rent your house again.

“Majestic Views” Our family loved our visit to Anna Maria. The house is gorgeous and spacious. My kids enjoyed the pool and eating outside. We hope to return in the near future.

“a fine 2 weeks in Siesta” charming property, that was comfortable for four. The unit was very clean and fresh upon arrival. The neighbours were friendly and the overall property well kept. Siesta Key is a quiet community with usual shopping amenities over the causeway. This property was a brief 10 minute walk to the beach. Would we stay again, yes.

“Time in Paradise” We recently had the luck to spend two months in paradise. This condo was comfortably appointed, well stock to meet all our needs, and most importantly in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk to the left and stores and restaurants were just a short walk to the right. We had a great time and enjoyed everything Sarasota, Siesta Key, and this Sandy Toes Condo had to offer. Thanks Mark!

“Your best choice for location!” We stayed for 10 lovely days in this home and I have to say It was an even better location than I expected. Everything you could want to do is in walking distance or you can walk to the village (maybe a 3 minute walk)and hop in a free taxi . The house is well appointed and beds are very comfortable. We traveled with a 10 yr.old, 11yr. old , and 15 yr. old my 15 yr. old niece slept in the trundle bed and commented on how comfortable the bed was. In the kitchen you will find a drawer full of menus for the many nearby restaurants and information for water activities. I highly recommend parasailing while your there ! Considering how close everything is the street is very quiet and the owners were great to deal with. Thanks Kathi and Grant!

“Siesta Key Townhouse” This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a week at the beach.

“Great View” We stayed at Kathy’s condo during the 4th of July week. The Condo was great and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the fireworks display and easy access to the beach. We look forward to renting her condo again in the future.
