“Wonderful family beach vacation condo” The condominium is a great place to stay. All the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. There is an picturesque view of the beach on the balcony and a large pool to enjoy. The location of the condo is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Carol (the owner) is always very helpful and accessible if you have any questions about your stay. We have found a new place to stay on our summer vacation and can't wait to visit again next year!

“Everything you expect and more” Without a doubt I'd stay there again, we've always stayed on Madeira Beach for the last 12 visits to Florida and this is the best condo we've stayed in, excellent value for money. Very clean and quiet , very well equipped, new carpets and new kitchen floor tiles , the caretaker was brilliant , polite and helpful , I really took to him , I had great conversations with him about fishing. The condo is positioned very well to all amenities and because all entrances needed keys you felt very secure ,, this is the place for me , when we visit again this will be the first condo I will look for availability ,,,and I guess a lot of renters have done as when I looked it's booked up to May 2017,, not surprised at all to be honest.

“Family wedding vacation” Our families were in town for our brother's wedding in Tierra Verde and stayed at this wonderful condo. It is in a great location with excellent beach views and super easy access. The condo had plenty of room, a cozy balcony and lots of beach toys and accessories. We had one maintenance issue (clogged bathroom drain) that was fixed within hours of my email to the maintenance folks. The only downside was one parking space - for a condo that sleeps 8 - but we were accommodated with another parking spot about a half mile away. We had one of the best, most memorable family vacations yet!

“Simply Fabulous!” What a pleasant surprise!! After reading all reviews and having done a thourough research we ended up renting this fabulous condo! Unfortunately it does not face the beach and does not have a balcony but it has so many other great features that amply compensate for the lack of both and the price is unbeatable. For starters it is very spacious and clean. Since it's the only condo in the building facing the street, there is nobody above, nobody below, nobody on any side intruding on your privacy and tranquillity. The main boulevard produced some unwanted noise at times, but once we closed the hurricane proof windows the condo was very, very quiet. It is close to all kinds of eateries, grocery stores, etc. We either drove to the nearby stores or walked. It was great to have such choice! Best of all: because we had no balcony or water view we spent most of our time enjoying what we came here for: the beach! There is truly no substitute for the feeling of the sand between your toes and enjoying spectacular nature shows including breathtaking sunsets! We so wish we were still there! Anytime we needed a rest from the beach we just walked up a few steps or took a quick elevator ride. No driving or extenuating walks! It was so convenient and so easy to reach that we just went upstairs anytime we needed something. What a sense of freedom to walk out the door without having to carry everything you might need for the entire day! There are also two BBQ grills with outdoor tables and chairs which we used quite often. The kitchen is well furnished. The washer and drier in this unit made it very convenient for us to return home with clean clothes. We can't wait to return and enjoy it with our family and friends!
