“Loved it” Perfect location for us down in st pete for a wedding but wanted to attend a Rays game and do some beaching and check out johns pass I loved the balconys sipping coffee and watching the dolphins and activity down on the beautiful shore in the am. It's truly a relaxing place to end up at after a long day. I LOVED it. I want to stay there again .

“Wonderful !!!” I never know from the pictures posted when they were taken and the true condition of the home. With this property we were not disappointed. We took beach chairs, towels and all of that was provided at the house. The house was clean and just as pictured. The only thing that I can suggest is knife's for the kitchen. There are towels and lines galore. and the location was good. Close to all we wanted to do but quiet as we wanted it to be. The house has an apartment upstairs that we rented for our son and it worked out great. Plenty of room. No fighting for bathroom time to shower. There was 7 of us and we have already voted on this property for our next years trip to the beach...

“We would like to come back” I stayed here last year with my wife and two kids. I'm on the page again because I'd like to come back. Can't remember his name anymore but the guy at itrip was really good to work with. The place was spotless. The neighbor were quiet and virtually out of sight. The beach is maybe 150 yards from the house. It was a good experience for my whole family. Only and I mean only negative is that the surrounding area is old and a little run down. That doesn't mean it's a bad or rough area, either. We live on the other side of Pinellas. This place was a great place for a restful vacation - no tiring travel involved, right on the beach, and cheap rates. Like I was saying at the start, we'd like to come back soon at some point.

“Simply Fabulous!” What a pleasant surprise!! After reading all reviews and having done a thourough research we ended up renting this fabulous condo! Unfortunately it does not face the beach and does not have a balcony but it has so many other great features that amply compensate for the lack of both and the price is unbeatable. For starters it is very spacious and clean. Since it's the only condo in the building facing the street, there is nobody above, nobody below, nobody on any side intruding on your privacy and tranquillity. The main boulevard produced some unwanted noise at times, but once we closed the hurricane proof windows the condo was very, very quiet. It is close to all kinds of eateries, grocery stores, etc. We either drove to the nearby stores or walked. It was great to have such choice! Best of all: because we had no balcony or water view we spent most of our time enjoying what we came here for: the beach! There is truly no substitute for the feeling of the sand between your toes and enjoying spectacular nature shows including breathtaking sunsets! We so wish we were still there! Anytime we needed a rest from the beach we just walked up a few steps or took a quick elevator ride. No driving or extenuating walks! It was so convenient and so easy to reach that we just went upstairs anytime we needed something. What a sense of freedom to walk out the door without having to carry everything you might need for the entire day! There are also two BBQ grills with outdoor tables and chairs which we used quite often. The kitchen is well furnished. The washer and drier in this unit made it very convenient for us to return home with clean clothes. We can't wait to return and enjoy it with our family and friends!
