“Nice stay” Quiet Villa close to beach. Nice pool and tennis court with little use. Villa amenities adequate. Furnishings fair, beds xtra-firm, but did the job. Could use some paint as of 8-11-13. But nothing disappointing. I will stay here again as the villa, the quiet area, close proximity to the beach, and the pool/tennis courts are a draw.

“Perfect Home” This home was perfect for our 2 family Thanksgivi ng weekend. The short walk to the beach and the bikes were perfect even in November. The home is nice and the kitchen had all we needed. Perfect home!

“Lot's of Fun” The condo was really nice. We had 6 people, but there was only room for 4 to sleep. The sofa bed was broken and there were no linens for it either. The 2 twin beds could really use new mattresses. This information is just for the owner's benefit. We made due by purchasing sleeping bags for the kids, and we brought extra towels and sheets so with us, so all was okay. We would definitely come back! Great!

“The house was simply amazing, and there was plenty of space for everyone.” The house was very well kept and clean. It was very large and all 16 of us fit easily The pool was wonderful, and it was so close to the beach. It was a huge bonus to have a full bathroom right off of the pool area. There were great views of the ocean from many parts of the house, even for second row.

“Family Reunion” What a great beach house! This house was spotless and very well maintained throughout our vacation. The bedrooms are spread out enough so that you do not feel crowed if you are traveling with a large family. We were happy to have a pool at the house. It was great to take a swim in the pool after a long day at the beach. The beach is literally steps from the driveway. We rented bikes and they were at the house when we arrived. It was a two minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Coligny is just a short walk away if you prefer not to bike. The amenities at the house were all in working order and the house was very nicely decorated. The house is actually bigger than it seems in the pictures. We were all pleasantly surprised with the size of the house and we would definitely stay in this house in the future. Great vacation spot and loved the house!

“Great stay at surf court” We came in for a family reunion and left wanting to come back every year with even more people. It all started with our stay at surf court. The condo was amazing. Great location a block from the beach and nightlife. I would stay here again year after year. The employees at seashore vacations were very friendly and made certain we had a trip to remember. “Fabulous location, great vacation for the whole family!” Our family has been coming to Hilton Head on vacation for over 20 years. With our children marrying and blessing us with grandchildren, we needed a larger place to stay to include everyone comfortably. 14 Bittern is in a fabulous location, steps from the beach and Coligny plaza. There are plenty of bedrooms, a large gathering area, and wonderful outdoor space for everyone to spread out. The house is not "fancy" and the rental price reflects that, but it is perfectly nice and comfortable with a lot of people and especially children it's nice not to have to worry about messing something up. The fabulous location makes this a steal! Plenty of parking for everyone too. The rental agency, Beachside Getaway, was very accommodating and followed up several times to be sure all was to our satisfaction. We had a great time!
