“Lovely vacation on the Gulf Coast” Jill and Peter were very friendly, accommodating hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us all the information to make us feel like locals to the Indian Shore. The apartment is impeccably clean and spacious. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing, sunny vacation on the Gulf Coast!

“Very good condo in a pleasant community.” This condo, located in the Huntington Lakes community in North Naples was a great find for my wife and me. The condo was perfect for our needs. It is well equipped and well maintained. The owner was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to the few minor issues that we had during our stay. The Huntington Lakes community is a very pleasant community with three pools that are very well maintained. The club house has exercise and entrainment facilities which we used often. The location in North Naples was great. Easy access to IS75 and local major roads, easy access to shopping. There is a Walmart, Target, Public and several restaurants with a mile of the entrance to the development. We plan to stay again.

“Fantastic Rental!!” I would highly recommend this condo! It was super clean and had all the amenities. There was a nice pool and workout room, and was also walking distance to two golf courses and a restaurant. They also provided coffee, beach umbrellas, chairs and a cooler for the beach, and free wifi. Can't wait to go back!

“If I had only one word to describe this house, it would be Zen.” My husband & I stayed here with my three teenagers (13, 16 &' 18) over spring break. Paul answered my emails immediately when I had a few questions prior to our arrival. There was a manual that covered everything you could possibly need to know about the appliances, pool, local attractions, etc. . The home was beautiful, spotless, well-equipped and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone to have his/her own room. I liked that the kids could share the upstairs bath and we had our own master suite. It was easy to cook meals because everything you could possibly need to prepare them is there. The Publix grocery store is minutes away. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. Getting around is simple and nothing we wanted to do was very far. Even getting to Clearwater Beach only took about 40 minutes (in heavy spring break traffic). I would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Paradise Found in Downtown Sarasota” Absolutely charming, fully redone/ upgraded bungalow close to everything Sarasota has to offer. This was the third year running my wife & I have stayed at the wonderful home located minutes from Sarasota's best beaches, restaurants & shopping. We fully intend to return again next year! The two bedroom home is in pristine condition. Beautifully decorated, lovely hardwood flooring throughout with a fully stocked (appliances, crockery, pots/pans, cutlery, etc...) kitchen & renovated bathroom. Everything you need is provided, just arrive & settle-in. A huge projection screen in the living room, should you want to have an at-home movie night (rental Dvd's a 5-minute walk away @ Publix). There's also a regular flat-screen TV in the living room, as well as a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom. The backyard is, personally, my favourite part of the home. A screen-in lanai to eat in & a beautifully manicured backyard to relax in under the tiki hut or under the palm trees. There are a few seating areas throughout the backyard. Find the space you like the best, sit-back & relax with a cool cocktail- very civilized & very beautiful. You'll feel like you're in the Caribbean, not Florida in this backyard. Maureen & Pat, your hosts who, very conveniently, live right next door have provided everything you need, including all the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc...to take along with you to Sarasota's beautiful beaches. Maureen has also provided tons of literature about the area in the house- restaurant menus, local mags, maps- everything. Maureen & Pat are always happy to suggest restaurants, beaches, shopping, golf, etc. They know Sarasota well, are friendly & happy to help in any way they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. My wife & I can honestly say we love this property, have encountered no negatives about the place in three years of week-long stays & look-forward to our time there each year. We recommend this lovely home to everyone.

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. The house was very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and I loved the spacious lanai.The rental company was efficient and friendly.We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. “Villa Rosalinda amazing place to stay” Just returned from a week in Cape Coral staying at Villa Rosalinda. The villa exceeded our expectations, it is fabulous and the best we have stayed in. The location is great, very peaceful with lovely outlook onto the waterways. The villa is excellently presented and has everything in that you could possibly need, if not far more! The surrounding area has great amenities with shops and restaurants a short drive away. We had 6 adults in the villa and there was plenty of room. We made great use of the outside area and the BBQ. All in all a great place to stay and somewhere we would definitely return if we visit the area in the future. The owner is very attentive and helpful. All this contributed to a fabulous time in Florida!

“Very comfortable & great attention to detail.” This home had everything, a lanai...heated pool...on a channel so you could watch the birds. The inside had every convenience from kitchen to bedrooms. Smart TV's so you could watch anything. Only complaint was not quite enough blankets & at the time we didn't know how to turn up the heat. Wonderful stay.
