“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. The house was very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and I loved the spacious lanai.The rental company was efficient and friendly.We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. “A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“Another perfect stay!” It couldn't have been more perfect! Christmas and New Years in paradise. Of course, we are biased, we are the owners, but every time we get to come and enjoy our house we thank our lucky stars that we bought it. Its a great mix of comfort and luxury and we love our afternoon snacks and a drink while watching the sun go down. This year we had the family down again for Christmas (on the lanai!) So much fun to entertain at the big table and share a meal. Even though it was a bit chilly we turned on the pool heat and had a consistent 90 degrees...the moonlight swims were fabulous! Whats also great is that it is such a quick drive over to the beach, we can just hop in the car in within 15 min be down there for the sunset, New Year's fireworks or just a stroll. Looking forward to our next visit!! We hope you will enjoy the house as much was we do!

“Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

“Very comfortable & great attention to detail.” This home had everything, a lanai...heated pool...on a channel so you could watch the birds. The inside had every convenience from kitchen to bedrooms. Smart TV's so you could watch anything. Only complaint was not quite enough blankets & at the time we didn't know how to turn up the heat. Wonderful stay.
