“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Fantastic Vacation in Orlando” Thanks to Jan we probably had the best vacation in years. The condo is very well situated. It’s only a five minute drive from restaurants and supermarkets, such as Aldi and WalMart. For us it was very important since we have two kids and love to taste local food and cook in. The kitchen is equipped with high class appliances and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Needless to say, the condo is kept impeccably clean and spotless. We were also impressed by the overall design of the condo and the furniture. Having two bathrooms was an additional plus. The master bathroom with its expensive marble counter top and tiled with natural stone, seemed to have come out from an upscale designer office. The pool located only a few steps away from our porch was a little jewel. It was never crowded and on most times we had it only to ourselves. The gated community is located in a well-kept prestigious area and its admin personnel helped us a lot in planning our visits to the amusement park, printing tickets, etc. Jan is a very friendly person, going out of his way to make our stay at the condo enjoyable. His professionalism in running the condo and his attention to detail is fantastic. The condo definitely exceeded all my expectations. “Paradise Found in Downtown Sarasota” Absolutely charming, fully redone/ upgraded bungalow close to everything Sarasota has to offer. This was the third year running my wife & I have stayed at the wonderful home located minutes from Sarasota's best beaches, restaurants & shopping. We fully intend to return again next year! The two bedroom home is in pristine condition. Beautifully decorated, lovely hardwood flooring throughout with a fully stocked (appliances, crockery, pots/pans, cutlery, etc...) kitchen & renovated bathroom. Everything you need is provided, just arrive & settle-in. A huge projection screen in the living room, should you want to have an at-home movie night (rental Dvd's a 5-minute walk away @ Publix). There's also a regular flat-screen TV in the living room, as well as a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom. The backyard is, personally, my favourite part of the home. A screen-in lanai to eat in & a beautifully manicured backyard to relax in under the tiki hut or under the palm trees. There are a few seating areas throughout the backyard. Find the space you like the best, sit-back & relax with a cool cocktail- very civilized & very beautiful. You'll feel like you're in the Caribbean, not Florida in this backyard. Maureen & Pat, your hosts who, very conveniently, live right next door have provided everything you need, including all the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc...to take along with you to Sarasota's beautiful beaches. Maureen has also provided tons of literature about the area in the house- restaurant menus, local mags, maps- everything. Maureen & Pat are always happy to suggest restaurants, beaches, shopping, golf, etc. They know Sarasota well, are friendly & happy to help in any way they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. My wife & I can honestly say we love this property, have encountered no negatives about the place in three years of week-long stays & look-forward to our time there each year. We recommend this lovely home to everyone.

“Beautiful home!” Beautiful home, spacious. There were a few small hiccups, but the homeowner was so attentative! She quickly resolved any issues. The home is close to the parks, not too much time in the car, that was nice. Overall, my family truly enjoyed the stay and we would definitely rent this home again!

“Chrismas holidays at Donald Ducks condo” Windsor Hill was exacly what we wanted ,a clean and safe place to stay with lots to do for the teenagers.The pool area his fantastic. The condo was greate for 6 adults ,beds were super comfortable.All the aminities were there in good working order, the free long distance calling was practical at new year. I have only one comment to make we could of used a few more plate and utensel in the kitchen we were always doing the dishes.We will be back.

“Paradise in Paradise” Just returned from a marvelous vacation in Key West. While the tan is already starting to fade, the memories of our stay at Seaside Place remain vivid. We absolutely loved this house. It is very charming and offers all the amenities you'll ever need and then some, from a kitchen that Julia Child would not have found wanting, gorgeous, large rooms each with its very own character, spacious communal dining areas and a beautiful large pool with romantic lighting, a soothing waterfall feature and total privacy. The owners' love for providing the best experience is evident in every detail, from the painstaking labeling of all switches and outlets to the folders of carefully compiled information about where to go, and what to do and see. The house is just a block from the quiet end of Duval Street (there is such a thing), yet far enough removed from the Key West bar scene responsible for the prevailing serious shortage of liver donors. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to return soon. And we can't help but think that if Hemingway had stayed here he might still be alive today

“A house that I could see living in permanently.” I can't think of anything negative to say, OK if I lived there I'd put a couple palm trees and a bar by the pool... I really liked the look of the tile floor in the living room and I really appreciated the fact that there is a DVR connected to the main TV. It is an awesome house.

“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.

“Wonderful holiday” We had a lovely holiday staying at Emerald magic, the villa was just right for our family of 12 , our 5 grandsons loved the south facing swimming pool which was always lovely and warm while we enjoyed relaxing on the 6 sunbeds. The games room had loads of things to keep them happy and occupied while the adults relaxed. The barbecue with free gas was great at mealtimes, although it was out of gas when we arrived it was very quickly replaced with one phone call as were any other problems which occurred, excellent service. Plenty of pool towels, saving packing our own and the double buggy was so handy at the parks. The location to disney parks could not be better, only about 10 minutes drive and the complex is lovely with a really friendly lady at reception. Also Thank you for the special touch of the rose on the bed which made celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary a special occasion.

“Started Rocky But Ended Great!” Booking this villa was easy and the owner was pretty friendly. We ran into a few issues the day of arrival a case of mistaken identity. Called the owner to see of we could check in early and she told me the reservation was canceled. I was devastated, but I knew it had to be a mistake. After about 30 Minutes of showing proof it was determined she had me confused with another guest. She apologized and we checked in successfully. The house was great, clean, and comfortable. It took about a day for the pool heat to function properly but after that the pool and jacuzzi were great. Oh and the washing machine did not work properly. Overall After day 1 Jennifer and Kevin were so accommodating and nice. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this property and it is really close to the disney parks!!!! We would definitely stay again!!!

“Great place to make memories!” Loved having the children and grandchildren all together for a school vacation. We were so close to many venues and didn't need anything but the pool to entertain us once we returned home every day! Spacious house, that was well stocked with linens and cookware. Nice neighborhood. We would come back again. :)
