“Fabulous Experience” My husband and I are looking for a place to unwind and breathe in the fresh air. We need serenity from the urban life style two professionals endure. We are amazed at this beautiful home and all the amenities it provides.This house and the guest home is built and furnished with incredible taste. A keen eye for every detail is evident upon the entry of this home. The view...wow, the view of San Jose at night is absolutely breathtaking. This is a home and a trip to Grecia, Costa Rica that will forever be close to our hearts. I suggest anyone visit this outstanding estate...that is, if we purchase it first!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “A relaxing, private stay at Oceania, Aruba” My husband and I were in desperate need of a vacation without our kids (ages 4 and 1.5). We knew we wanted to eat breakfast and lunch in the room so we could lounge on the beach all day, scuba dive one day, go to at least one nice dinner. This place was perfect. First Toine Schoofs, the Prestige agent, met us at check in and took us to our room. He showed us how to use the safe and connected us with all the amenities. He gave us advice on where to eat and handled the cell phone rental for us as well as bringing a calling card to add minutes to the phone and get us started. He was relaxed and professional and completely unhurried. We felt we could call him anytime. The multiple pools were rarely occupied and the beach right across the street. The property is very well maintained and completely gated. It was easy to get in and out of the gate because it used a keypad with a code so no keys were necessary. One block away was the nicest dinner we could have asked for at the Screaming Eagle. Right next door was the restaurant Tulip which had wonderful food at very reasonable prices and quiet outdoor seating. You could have never left by car and had all your needs met. The complex is on the end of the low-rise hotel district so it was very quiet. There were palapas right there and always available so no need to bring umbrellas. Soft beach towels, chairs and cooler in the room made it easy. All the nightlife and activity you could ask for was about 8 minutes away by bus or taxi so you could have your privacy or go out and get wild if you so desired. If I return to aruba, I will definitely stay at Oceania and would recommend Prestige Realty Group for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you Toine.

“Perfect!” Fantastic unit with views and plenty of living space. We lived here for one week and it could not have been any more perfect! Well kept grounds, quiet facility, updated furniture and perfect location to Eagle Beach and just minutes away for any night life or restaurants you desire. Loved it!!
