“Time in Paradise” We recently had the luck to spend two months in paradise. This condo was comfortably appointed, well stock to meet all our needs, and most importantly in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk to the left and stores and restaurants were just a short walk to the right. We had a great time and enjoyed everything Sarasota, Siesta Key, and this Sandy Toes Condo had to offer. Thanks Mark!

“Waterside at Coquina Key has it all!” Waterside at Coquina Key is a a well kept up gated community that offers all the amenities a wonderful vacation requires. Marlean's condo provides a nicely updated unit that allows you to enjoy the waterside condos in comfort and provides all the extra's you need to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquility of a watersdie property. The kitchen had all you needed and more and was nicely updated and contained all you need to cook in or prepare a quick breakfast and take off for the pool or to work-out. The only small downside is not to have a wash and dryer available in the unit. Although one is available 24/7 as the clubhouse and you can use your debit card to work them. the beds were comfortable, and the living area had ample seating available. “Nice home away from home” Great place to rest and relax. Easy access to getting around, pool was great, plenty of things to take to the beach available. Used the grill, stove and oven to cook and all worked well. Much of the directions were in German, so we had to dig out the owners manual to figure out how to run everything. I would definitely stay here again.

“Breathtaking views from a spacious and luxurious home!” Everything was fabulous about this beach-front vacation home. The condo itself was very well-appointed and comfortable. It seemed as if all of the furnitue, bedding and kitchen sundries were all new, and the unit was very clean upon arrival. The screened in balcony provided us with awesome views of the gulf and we could even see our children playing on the beach below. Having a large pool on the property was also very nice. The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. Our children participated in a variety of activities provided by the clubhouse for a nominal fee. They brought home terrific crafts made from seashells that they will cherish. This home is close to restaurants and shopping, but that is all secondary to the picture perfect views and the sound of the gulf water -the whole reason we came to vacation in Sanibel inthe first place. We'll definitely come back and stay in this same home again.

“Beautiful condo in Naples” We had a great stay in this tastefully decorated condo May-June 2012. A great little community, nice golf course,the night time tennis was a bonus and pools are walking distance from the condo. This condo is close to amenities (outlet shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Naples pier). We will be vacationing here again this month (September 2012)!!

“Spacious and beautiful” My girlfriends and I just finished our stay for the third year in a row. This is an outstanding condo. With four or five of us, there is plenty of room. The private spiral staircase to the beach is great! No waiting for the elevator with everyone else. We love sitting on the porch early in the morning and again at sunset. Spectacular views! Also you can visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary which is about 1/2 block to the south. Would highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back again next year.
